We went to the Coeur d'Alene branch to get the account set up and the personal banker that helped us was absolutely phenomenal. She was super helpful did an excellent job of helping us get everything set up. I also was very stressed and rushed during the whole interaction and she did a great job dealing with me and still making sure that everything got done. Her name is Katherine Caldwell and she was absolutely awesome. Everybody else who's helped us at this branch has also been super helpful and thoughtful. We've had a great experience every time we've been in. Just be aware this location is not open on Saturdays.

He wanted me to that by WORD OF MOUTH ONLY with no tracking or noting my account. Mr. VOLK ALSO THREATENED FURTHER FINANCIAL RECUSSIONS. I responded, You don't need to threaten me after which I returned to phone receiver to Tabitha. After arriving at home 7-31-2026, I called member services at (208) 637-8668 at approximately 5:31pm PDT and 5:46 pm PDT and spoke to NAVEA. She confirmed they only do text messages and NO PAYMENT IS NOTED ON MY ACCOUNT. ICCU NEEDS TO Provide method to track payments for charged off account checking account. My mortgage was very complex and had lots of moving parts. First off, I'm self employed, and all of us self employed people fear the loan process. Second, my purchase was contingent upon multiple other escrows closing. Third, I lived out of state and did this all over email and telephone. I rescheduled and then the day before I was scheduled to close I got an email from Cogo telling me that I needed to change my title company because there was a lawsuit between the title company and someone that they were affiliated with, Fidelity. Needless to say, I dropped Cogo instead of the title company. I did find a lender that was excellent, they set a bar that Cogo could never reach. I would highly encourage you to find another lender. Cogo says that their practices are asset base lending, but it's not true. They made it so difficult and accomplished nothing. I wasted so much time with them.
