Blamed manufacturer. Rescheduled to following week. 7/14/26 - I texted at noon wondering where they were. No one at my house. Was told that they would pick up at 2 today and update soon. Parts not ready. Blamed manufacturer again. Rescheduled again. 7/25/26 - Owner texted me at 8 PM on 7/24 to say they still didn't have the parts and we would need to reschedule for 7/29/26. 7/29/26 - Actually showed up to do job and installed new doors and openers but they were too low. Owner was told from day one that doors needed to be above 82" to fit tall vehicle. Front of door was below 82" which was corrected immediately but connection from door to belt drive was well below 82". Owner responded that I only said the front of the door needed to be above 82". Interesting? If the front of the door needs to be 82" or higher, why would it be ok for other parts to be below 82"? This is the excuse I was given. It was my fault. Right! Scheduled to come back and do another type of opener on 8/5/26. 8/5/26 - No Show. Texted owner when I got home from work and nothing done. He failed to reply to 2 texts an hour apart until I sent a third about 2 hours later threatening poor reviews for his business. He stated he didn't think he needed to reply to the 2 previous texts. I was told installer would be there the next day. 8/6/26 - Received text at 2 PM that installer had a flat tire so no work done today. Rescheduled to 8/7/26 8/7/26 - Finally completed job and I can park in my garage. So glad to be done with this company. Bottom line, 7 appointments scheduled. They made 2 of them and No Called/No Showed multiple times. The business address is also fake on the website. Their business is not there. Also, bad google reviews can get removed if you want to pay a company to do that for you. F1 garage doors has all 5 star reviews. Seems very fishy after my experience.
