As stated in my previous review, if we ever needed a locksmith again we'd call Empire, and we did just that. We decided to upgrade our interior and exterior doorknobs and lock sets. We purchased all the hardware ahead of time, then called Empire for the installation. We asked for the same technician we had before --Justin--who did an excellent job once again. Stopped on my way back to Ohio at the Loves gas station in White House. My dog locked my keys, phone and wallet in the car. The White House police responded and called Empire. Empire came right over and had my car unlocked and dog out in a matter of minutes!! And, he did not charge me!! I was so thankful!! Awesome customer service. read more

I just want to say that these guys are the best! My children and I got locked out at 9pm and I called them right away. They were at my house within 10 minutes. The young gentleman was very kind and explained everything as he went along. I felt very comfortable with him and his service was perfect. This is why we moved to White House, for the irreplaceable hospitality. The genuineness and quality I received was amazing and I will recommend them to no end. These people are useless. They claim to be open 24/7. Locked out of house. Called to see if they could assist. They were "all busy" that day. Ok, no worries. BUT, I live near your location/house, and drove by within a half hour of calling. All of their vehicles were parked there. Um, if you don't work on certain days or times, change your hours. Also, not polite on phone. Another family member had a similar experience recently. Had a very nice guy come right out from another company and assist after trying this place. We got scammed. It wasnt until after he was done re-keying most of the locks, that we were informed he couldnt re-key ALL of the locks on our new home. We thought we hired someone with experience but now we have to pay ANOTHER locksmith to come out to do a stormdoor. TOTAL WASTE of over two hundred dollars... and now this locksmith's inexperience will end up costing me even more money. read more

They came and rescued us after West End Lock changed locks at our house - after they left and we returned from work- our keys West End Lock made did NOT work and we were locked out of our house . The locksmith from WE Lock told us he was off the clock. No one would respond to the emergency # on their website .
