The guys at Kennedy's took my new house door sets and re-keyed them to make life easy for me at the house. They did a fantastic job and were nothing but professional! Of course, when the sliding glass door handset was being installed, a screw broke off in the assembly. I by chance took it back and they re-tapped the handle and allowed me to move on with the installation. All this was done at a reasonable price. One of my dogs solves puzzles: he proudly figured out how to flip the lock lever on the den door (requiring chewing, pawing) and eventually destroyed the lock. Highly recommended. Father-in-law drove to visit from out of town and when he arrived somehow his key broke off into the ignition. This happened on a Friday evening. After calling Kennedy's Locksmithing Friday evening they asked if we could wait until the next morning (Saturday) which was no issue for us, but they were willing to come out that night. We were still able to jiggle the key in to get it to start with the broken piece in the ignition, so we waited until the morning and meet the individual at store parking lot. After 20minutes, the broken key was removed and a new one was cut, even with the factory key having a chip integrated it was no issue and was able to be cloned. Kennedys Locksmithing was extremely helpful, professional and was able to resolve a pretty urgent issue. Would recommend to anyone and will use them in the future if ever needed again! read more

I managed to lose my keys inside of Sam's Club, and after the third trip around the store and two trips to member services, realized I would be needing a locksmith. If I could give Doug & Denise Kennedy 10 stars I surely would. They were so kind, courteous, quick, on time, and their prices were way more than reasonable. I had them rekey all the locks in my new home including the storm door that the prior resident told me they had never had a key to fit it. Well, now thanks to Kennedy's Locksmithing I have a key to secure it, also! All the locks are keyed to the same single key making it so much easier to keep up with. Before Doug and Denise left I inquired if he would make me some duplicate keys that I could give to friends and family for my safety and Doug proudly handed me extra keys that he had already made for me without my having to ask for them. As for speed and know how to do the job, almost before I could finish writing the check for the very low price charged the Kennedy's were finished. They checked each and every lock and each key to be sure they all worked and assured me that were a problem to occur with the completed work all I had to do was call them and they would come and correct it! Two weeks ago I locked myself out my house while I was trying to run to the store. I tried to open the door by myself and of course I was not successful. I googled locksmith and Kennedy's was the first one I saw. I called and asked for a locksmith and I was told that it may be 30 minutes before someone comes, but someone was actually at my place about 15 to 20 minutes. It did not take the the locksmith long at all to open my door. He was very nice and courteous and they were the same on the phone. They are not that expensive. Super professional and the owner who actually came out to change the locks was beyond efficient and knowledgeable.
