Empire is just a great store for suppprmebts and a good smoothie, or pre workout shake The owner is extremely nice and knows his stuff! I just wish they had organic veggies for their juices. They often taste a bit "off" There is also a new worker who is a bit awkward and unusual. Every time you go in he just asks questions non stop. Even if you're on the phone or not interested he will keep yapping away. Very odd. They do have a great selection of protein powders though. So worth the trip. read more

Came here for the first time to get some premade meals, and they tasted amazing! I did the deal 5 meals for $55. They have a good amount of meals to choose from and the calories/protein/fats are all labeled on the container. They also have tons of protein bars, powders, shakes and much more! The guy behind the counter was very friendly and place was really clean! Definitely a good location if you're trying to look for something more healthy. read more

Uber eats date: September 11, 2019 So I ordered two smoothies through uber eats from Empire Nutrition to be delivered to my sister's house before I had to leave to go to work. I was impressed the smoothies were ready fairly quickly and an uber driver got them to me as quickly as possible as well. I got the cookies n' cream smoothie so my sister could attempt to give some to my son and her son while I was working and because I felt bad just ordering one smoothie and I got myself the peanut butter cup smoothie. My peanut butter cup smoothie was pretty good, got a nice taste of peanut butter in there which I appreciate. I'm not sure how the kids liked the cookies n' cream smoothie but if I wasn't gluten free I would have tried it. I liked the smoothies here and if buying smoothies out every day wasn't going to cost a pretty penny I'd consider getting another lunch smoothie again in the future. read more

This place has the best açai bowls I have ever had and the most amazing energy bites that are hand made. The staff is all super friendly very knowledgeable and are always in a good mood. I love this place so much I only have good words for everything they provide and all of the smoothies and bowls that they make. Clean and good prices ! Ordered Uber delivery and everything was amazing. The best smoothie ever and the energy bites were so delicious. I had an issue with the smoothie not being delivered initially and the staff was very helpful and the manager even called to follow up. Very impressed with the customer service (even though it wasn't their fault at all!) will definitely get lunches form here regularly. read more

Great stop late yesterday with my nephew after he dragged me across the floor at an OTF class. Got a Blueberry Cobbler and Peanut Butter Cup smoothies. Both were delicious and the gent behind the counter serving was just a plain 'ole nice guy who who enjoyed talking to us. He even suggestive sold me the Peppermint Protein Popcorn. Been there in the past but not so often but there are few options in Oceanside, home of all of the world's fast food and bad chain restaurants, where one can get a smoothie or protein shake. Overall experience at TN has been awesome since I moved to the area last year. Staff is very knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. I now go to the store regularly and Mike always takes time out to make sure I know all of the benefits of the items I am purchasing as well as always offering fitness and diet tips to help me reach my goals.
