I asked if he can reassemble it maybe fix it which he did for a small fee of $50. I greatly appreciate the honesty , knowledge of bicycles, customer service and the craftmanship. He fixed the training wheels so they are even. Once my son grows out of this bike I will certainly buy a new bike from Spin City.
