When I followed up to ask why, the technician told me he had "other customers to spray that didn't require a phone call to the property manager." This response came off as dismissive and unprofessional--especially considering this is a paid service, not a favor. If you're a property owner who works with a manager or needs even minimal coordination, be aware: Delta Pest Control seems unwilling to accommodate or communicate effectively. I expected basic professionalism and cooperation, but that wasn't delivered. Additionally, they are very expensive. I'm not sure what I've been paying for, honestly. Feels a lot like a scam.
