My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!

I was sexually assaulted there 2 months after attending an Oak Lawn Trustee meeting that took place in 2017 due to all the crimes and incidents. I know it was " in retaliation " for me talking up ways to make this community safe again and trying to bring the City and The mobile park together in unity. From which side, the retaliation came from (Alex or Mike) who knows, but my risk management experience and advise helped both sides. Although, both sides were very uninsightful and just too egotistical to realized that at the time! If I told you details, you would never believe me..But one or both sides Used violence to retailate shut up a women with good risk mgmt. advise and such advise was taken my Airways' old owners (i.e. combining a safety meeting with a picnic to incentify / market safety, so its fun). Yep, it was my idea and saved the park for a while with the city. Yep, some body was too dumb, impulsive and had no pulse on the future/ with the "win at all costs corruption" boss man frame of mind forgetting that the women assaulted, had a child 8 years old child in the next room and the police refused to ever investigate with the evidence the hospital gave them..The retaliatory party didn't care about traumatizing me or my child and we were just collateral damage in a property war with the mobile park and the city...classless, but God was there for us.

We have never not received our full deposit. After moving out we returned to put out the trash bins and they still said we left trash. While trying to buy a house we asked to rent on a short term. GC wanted another deposit and 2x the rent. As time went by and got closer to the end of our lease they then were willing to work with us. We NEVER were late on rent and kept the place spotless. We were model residents.

Then he said he needed to find something else wrong with the property to report otherwise he woudl get in trouble. So he took a picture of some chipped paint (that was there since we moved in) and turned that in. Mind you, we reported SEVERAL issues with the property during our move-in inspection report, but none of them have ever been addressed. They're making their techs find issues so they can charge the landlords more money for sending out people to the property unnecessarily. Anytime We've tried to get help with something they've made it as complicated as can be. The communication is chaotic and unorganized and poor. It's clear this company cares much more about making money than they do helping their tenants.
