The TGC Condos are almost never repaired and as a result, many of the condos contain MOLD ( as you can see in the photo) which is in the cement foundations and throughout the units. Beware because MOLD can make you sick and residents have become sick, but Schrank & Associates didn't care.

Our Property Manager, Allison, was nearly impossible to reach by phone. When I did have questions, I was repeatedly told that she could not answer them and that David was the person who could. However, calls transferred to David consistently went to voicemail, leaving us without answers or assistance. We eventually discovered that our HOA apparently did not even have a current contract with Park Management. Because of the ongoing lack of communication and support, we decided in July to move to a new property management company. At that time, Park Management was supposed to provide our new management company with our HOA records, ledgers, and other important information. More than three months later, that information still has not been provided. Now we have received a notice that the water to our entire building is at risk of being shut off. I contacted the village and was informed that Park Management apparently has not paid the water bill since March. When I called Park Management today and spoke to Allison, she said she spoke to David and we didn't pay the bill because we didn't have an Efficient funds. No one ever told us we did not have Efficient funds. When I said Allison, this is ridiculous. Our building and HOA are now in an extremely difficult position because of the lack of records, communication, and apparent failure to handle important bills and responsibilities. If you are considering Park Management for your HOA, I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and asking very specific questions about communication, financial records, contracts, outstanding bills, and the process for transferring records when you leave

If you run an association you can do better than Weaver, please look elsewhere!
