I asked many questions concerning his products and construction methods and was impressed with his wide range of knowledge. Greg and his crew showed up and in two and one half days, completly removed my roof, all the old wet insulation, spray foamed the attic, treated the mold on the two by six's, installed 3/4" plywood roof and shingles and came in $700.00 under his quoted price. Nails, bolts, screws, plastic, food and metal shavings were left all over the property. Didn't flash or put in winter shields. Gutters FELL off when they left. Complete disaster!! But they cashed BOTH checks.... The customer service is so poor I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Don't get the run around from these jokers. Go to a real MN company who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.

The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.

I had a concern about the ducting of the vent fans from the bathroom and kitchen range hood. I wanted to confirm that the exhaust air of both fans was vented directly to the outside and not just dumped into the attic space. Travis went above & beyond to quell my concern by removing a piece of roof sheeting so he could see (& took pictures for me view) how the fans exhaust ducting was routed and connected.
