Very disappointed. Poor communication, poor customer service, and poor time management…read more We hired this company to fix a leak on our roof. After "finishing" the job the first time, we had to call them back to fix it again because the new shingles were uneven and put on wrong. 3 weeks later they finally came back. After being here for about 20 mins, the roofer left. We had to call back AGAIN to see if the job was finished or not because the roofer had promised us a picture of the roof when he was done. We never received a text or any communication that he was finished. He left the unused shingles just sitting on our air conditioner without telling us where they were and threw tons of old tar and old shingles into our yard and walkways without cleaning any of it up. The office never got back to us when we had called to see if the job was finished or not. Then today, as the snow was finally melting away we found a huge string of nails just sitting in our driveway. He did not ever tell us that he lost a whole string of nails and that we should be on the lookout. We could have popped the tires on our car and we could have been injured. Completely unacceptable. The entire experience with this company has been a complete disappointment and a customer service nightmare. Do not waste your money here.

I got quite the sense of honesty from her and she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what needed to be done and that's what she did. She did what needed to be done. I'm very happy with the work. I couldn't be happier and when you get high quality work like that with a reasonable price, you cannot go wrong. I go with my gut feelings with companies and I've dealt with a lot of companies this past week just moving into a house and I went with my gut feeling with her and it was one of the best decisions I ever made!! Chesser Construction Will also be used for the insulation work that I need to have done!! I'm very confident in their ability to do the quality job on the insulation that they've done with the gutters!!
