They withheld money from my settlement to pay my last water bill, I told them I have never been…read morelate on any payment and my credit score is perfect I wanted to pay it, but they insisted that they need to pay it. Well sure enough when I called 4 days after the due date, it was not paid. Who didn't see that coming. But they are very nice people. Later I found out that they never received the bill, so maybe the blame might needs to lay on the utility company. But the process seams convoluted to me, I think they have great intentions but something did not go right.
