Well sure enough when I called 4 days after the due date, it was not paid. Who didn't see that coming. But they are very nice people. Later I found out that they never received the bill, so maybe the blame might needs to lay on the utility company. But the process seams convoluted to me, I think they have great intentions but something did not go right.
