NIGHTMARE....RUN.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Worst towing company in the state! I will never use…read morethem again. The staff and owner are extremely rude. They towed my vehicle to the wrong place. I called and ask could they please ask the driver where they towed it to because I've been waiting over 30 mins and it not here at the address that was given. The female representative yelled, cursed me out, then hung up on me multiple times stating that my car was there and her tow driver knows how to do his job. After calling and begging to please calm down and help me locate my car with valuables in it (why I got a ride to the towing location to remove b/c I wasn't able to carry the items before receiving a ride) she put the driver on the phone and he didn't know where the "mystery address" came from where he dropped it. He dropped it at another location that was no where near the address I put in to drop off. He stated he would come back to get my vehicle and take it to the right place. Could you imagine going through emotional and verbal hell not knowing why your car isn't working, who will fix it, or how much it will cost, finding a ride, having to continue paying for a ride until you find your missing car that was taken to the wrong location....and receiving the worst customer services ever while being cussed out, yelled at, and hung up on and paying for that service. What a NIGHTMARE! I'm thinking about taking them to court for emotional distress. Writing this now is causing me great distress.

Because of how it was parked, he could only load it from the back. BUT, he took the time and effort to unload it and re-load it front first onto his like new flatbed truck. I was obviously confused and he advised that if he towed it on 690 (at 55 mph) the back window wasn't designed for that and could become dislodged from the force of the wind. Seriously, it added a solid 20-30 plus minutes (my truck has a very low front bumper). He clearly could have taken the easy way out but took the safer for my truck route. Now that is fantastic service!

I gave this business a few days to call me regarding an unfortunate experience but they didn't take…read morethe opportunity to speak to me and make things right. This business responded to a service call to change a flat tire. Unfortunately, the technician who switched out the tire over torqued all 4 lugnuts on the wheel. All four of the lugnuts were difficult for the tire business to loosen and 2 broke off. I called Car Pros and told them my problem. They said the owner would return my call. He didn't. I guess they don't care if I write a negative review of their service, either. The woman who answered my call defended the error by insisting they were 'helping' me. DO NOT CREATE A BIGGER PROBLEM WHEN 'HELPING' SOMEONE. And actually I PAID for your 'help' in more ways than one. My opinion is that a trained professional should understand how to properly perform their job. Regardless if they are 'helping' me, I paid $50 for them to change out a flat tire and another $34.00 to repair their technicians over torquing of the bolts. I'm not a professional and even I know that lugnuts should be hand tightened to prevent this from happening. Making it impossible for a human or a pneumatic device to loosen the lugnuts is a ridiculously stupid and irresponsible thing to do. Any business that believes this result should be expected or accepted without correction, needs to fade away.

do not rely on this company if you are in a stressful situation (like every time you need a tow),…read morethey did not handle the situation very well, and was quick to recall a service (tow)truck, and leave a stranded Teen Driver, because i wasn't 'cheery' with them. I dont know what they expect to hear when you have your child with a broken vehicle, and you can't be there as a parent, but a little courtesy, and understanding would have been appreciated. They were quick to recall the recovery vehicle, without calling me (the parent), but at least they were dilligent enough to call my teen driver and tell her that they weren't coming anymore. Thank you for lack of assistance, and professionalism in this matter. I will not recommend you to anybody i know.

I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.
