Alex and his team removed rocks, stumps and shrubs, regraded land and hillside by my house, built a small retaining wall, installed new drainage, and re-seeded the lawn. The price was reasonable, new drainage works great, the yard has a much better slope to it, and the grass came up quicker than I thought! I haven't put any new plantings in yet - we're waiting until next spring for that, but when I need help with it, I'll call on Alex. He is definitely on my contractor short-list.
