The parts of the lawn that were very overgrown were pretty evenly mowed and the rest of the lawn was just right. I did not expect them to be able to come the day I accepted the contract but they did. (We were happy they could.) I called them Monday and described the property to Sean and he gave us a quote for a one time mow. I told him that part of our lawn was very over grown (3 feet tall in places). Tuesday, I updated the description on his web site and he adjusted the quote. We spoke Tuesday morning to ensure that our description was clear. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn. My neighbor said they were polite, friendly and professional. I would use them again if I could not mow the lawn for some reason. The prices seemed reasonable for the service provided.

Finally called plumber at Brown's in Waterloo. I wanted to keep the work in my area. They called right back on a Sunday and came right out to check the situation with the plumbing. He end up doing some work In the basement and fixed some things, then ran snake after snake before he decided it was a pipe on the outside in the ground! They came bright and early the next day ( after he gave us a idea of what it was going to cost). They called and had the utility companies come and mark everything out. They dug the area, fought with rocks and slug and items that should never be flushed, pulled the old pipe, dug some more, and replaced the pipe with new. Filled in with cement, stone, refilled hole with the sod. It did not look like an easy job to say the least. My husband supervised as they worked and said they did a wonderful job. They were polite and they all spoke softly including the big hole digger! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Professional and they did a Great Job.
