I have been in numerous times looking for items and instead of sucking me into something on the shelf, they've gone out of their way time and time again to find the perfect product for the customer. Yesterday I believe it was the Maine native Derrick working. Looking for a small pipe as a backup to when I'm cleaning my main pipe and everything in the cases were $28 and up... And I probably would have bought one, but after asking what I was looking for, he went out back to a shipment that came in and found a small $12 pipe. Literally basic and exactly what I was looking for. They may have only had a $12 transaction instead of $28... But I guarantee this will be my shop of choice going forward. Seriously great work guys
