Even if your a first timer they will set you up great the overall set up of the store isnt overwhelming so newbie vapors won't be Shook when they walk in. Although they only have a dozen or so in house strains in rotation, as a result you can count on high a top tier product with a consistency that no others I am aware of can hold a candle to. At 25 dollars an eighth their price to quality ratio probably cant be beat. I'm old and uncool enough to only know the function of about 30% of the stuff in the store but all of it is 100% awesome and 100% no-BS actual art. Most of it made by talented local/regional people. This ain't no grungy dive either. The glass pieces can range in price up to $800 bucks. A MFA exhibit in Boston made me a fan of blown glass art a long time ago. The pieces on display and for sale here are pretty amazing if occasionally incomprehensible. My favorite stuff was made by David Colton but the shop showcases a number of different glass artists. The shop also sells smoking accessories including stuff for vaping, oils and concentrates. It's maybe 80% high-end glass pieces and 20% smoke shop. Very interesting mix and a nice owner to boot.

There was a really pleasant guy working the register who was knowledgeable with the limited amount of vape products they carry, I took his recommendation & loved it. Great customer service on his part! They also have decent prices on vape juice. Then I went to check out their glassware, girl working in that department was off-putting, short & not very friendly. I felt like I was intruding! I often buy directly from GRAV Labs, and they had a water pipe from them I wanted, cost about $25 more than on GRAV Labs website, but for the convenience it was whatever. All in all, not the best, not the worst. I like supporting local businesses and I'd say it's at least worth a tour if you're in the area and looking for some eclectic head shop gear, or just want to get out and explore the local shops.

She began to help the other customer (perfectly fine, we got there at the same time). I was contemplating if I was going to get another type since my usual type wasn't in stock. I decided not to buy a vape, so as she was helping the other customer I said "thank you anyways" and began to exit. She says as I am walking out "I can only help one customer at a time you should be more patient." I replied "I was looking for a different type of crave" and the worker mentioned how I needed patience again! It was pretty rude.
