Alberto arrived on-time and inspected all my windows (since I hadn't had them professionally washed before). He guided me in how to loosen the screens so the crew would be able to remove them for washing, and talked with me about the details of pricing. He looked at some windows that were supposed to be able to be cleaned from the inside but that I was having trouble maneuvering, and deduced the problem. He even took the time to clean my bathroom window on his own, while he was there. Because of my landscaping, a crew of two men were needed to take care of all the windows, so MANY thanks to Rachel in scheduling at the main office for setting up an appointment later this month with Mr Macias and Alex!
