She explained to me why I can't manage an account via internet to turn in a paperwork. Paperwork that needs to be turned in can be dropped off inside the office. The office has a drop off box by the wall. If you messed up the paperwork, it's better to make an appointment with them and explain what happened. They will gladly help. Again very impressed with the modern system. Everything's computerized you go over to the computer stations you type in your information what you are requesting and then you head back over and you wait for them to call you up really straightforward really easy the girl who gave me my certified copy was so sweet and we joked around a little bit. Always nice to have that personal touch when you're dealing with the government agency. The whole process was easy and seamless, finished quickly, jumped in my car and I was on my way.

Also, a form to request a copy of a ss card for a minor. I called to get appointment for a copy of a minor ss card. I ask what do I need to request them. The person tells me the usual identification for a minor(passport, school ID, vaccines and birth certificate together). Not once said that there is a criteria for the ages. 0-4 you can use this and 4 and up you can only use this. Also, all documents that is medical has to be notarized and signed by a doctor. Today is my appointment. What a slap in the face I get when I show up with the documentation that the person on the phone TOLD ME!!!! Person at the window like huh. Yeah, none of this is correct and gives me a paper and tells me this and that. He asks for a iehp card. Only card from iehp is insurance card. On the paper it says they can take that so why did he ask for it, huh? Something else about it can't be issued more than four years!!!!!!! Side note. When the conversation is all done. He said he can help me all the way until 4pm. I told him I'll be back in 20mins. I don't live far. I get back he isn't at his desk but a lady.
