Most malardies will cure themselves after a good sleep. But with age comes nagging missing and tendon issues. So I thought I'd have to give a massage a try to see if it can cure my nagging back issues. It has! I had Bria as my therapist.and she worked very much every muscle in my body. From my scalp downwards. She did put a lot of effort in the main issues that bother me. My lower back and neck. Who honestly thought that massage could help with arthritis? Well it does. I have very little cartilage in my neck for whatever reason and it tends to flare up when the weather is cold it wet. She made that issue more of less vanish. Obviously it will come back in time, but regular appointments will keep that pain away. The same for the lower back issues. In fact I would say that when i left I felt a good many years younger than i actually am. Well worth a try if you're in any type of muscle pain. They do an introductory price on your first massage. So it won't be such a shock to your wallet. Though if feeling like you're young again isn't worth a little damage the damage to your wallet, then what is?
