Myself, my wife and both my daughters are regulars with Dr. J. We always knew we wanted to maintain and optimize our health with Chiropractic care but it became more urgent when our 4 year old came down with an ear infection. Dr J has been a life saver. As a pregnant woman who had never tried chiropractic, I was tentative. I was suffering from Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction several weeks and my pain was debilitating. Not only could I not live my daily life normally I began to wonder if I would be able to move and walk during labor (something i had my heart set on doing). Being a former pro football player, I've had many different chiropractors. Most of them had the same approach which was a basic adjustment and I was on my way. What I love about Jeannique is that she does a VERY thorough exam before she even thinks about adjusting me. She shows me exactly what's going on and then takes action. I wanted to give a shout-out to a local business that has transformed my baby's life. Our third child was extremely colicky: lots of gas and crying all the time. A friend suggested chiropractic after we had tried almost everything else. We found Dr. J at Empower Family Chiropractic who specializes in babies and children. She was so gentle: using soft pressure for tight areas in his back and neck. After our first visit, our son slept 6 hours! It's only gotten better!
