The difference between magic and London Laed is that she is real! London's intuition and collaboration towards solutions and personal growth have helped me in all aspects of my life. Jessica is truly an amazing person and therapist. She is charismatic, supremely intuitive and tuned into everything around her. Sometimes I feel like she can even read my mind or know what I am going to say before I say it! How can someone know so much about me before even speaking with me for more than a couple of minutes?! I found Jessica when I was searching for a therapist near me as my sister recommended I go to therapy and also find myself a dating coach. Apparently, she does both!!! I referred her to a friend of mine who was looking for cognitive behavioral therapy and he's been so pleased with their work together so far! I also have personally been seeing her for a few months now for dating coaching and let me just say that she has some great leadership qualities. I now understand why she uses the word empowerment so much. She even coaches you outside of the office space and prepares you mentally ahead of time for your date! I've been seeing psychotherapist Jessica London for over 4 years.  I initially went to her because I returned to the US after being abroad for a year in ironically London. I found myself feeling highly anxious and very depressed so I decided it was time to see a therapist. In that time, as we worked on my issues, I was able to connect  much more genuinely and communicate effectively with my family and build a relationship with them that I am now very comfortable with.  After getting married, struggling to get pregnant, and then finally having a challenging child who also needed child therapist for behavior therapy, Jessica London has stood by me with a deep wisdom and sincere understanding. She recognized the issues of my childhood and understood how they may affect my relationship with my husband and child.  She has patiently coached me with practical steps but more importantly she has helped me heal and grieve my past so that it doesn't affect my future.  These are the tangible outcomes of the work that London (I love her nickname) was able to facilitate in my life.  After our work together, I also brought in my child to work on behavior therapy as he had explosive anger that needed anger management for. I came to London struggling with anxiety, depression and overall stress surrounding multiple areas of my life. I had gone to previous therapists and coaches and all of them just "empathized" with me and asked me how I felt. BUT with London- Right away I felt an initial click and innate understanding of me by London. It also helps so much that London is extremely direct and clear. I REALLY appreciate that. I do not like sugar coating at all. Thankfully, Londons style of coaching is exactly what I like as she speaks my direct and as she says, "no nonsense" language. I was very confused regarding multiple important areas of my life and after jus a few sessions with her, I felt like I left with clear direction and a very doable and clever action plan. I am very much more of the passive, shy type so I appreciate when how as a coach London knows how to approach me and is still very clear and strong. A huge realization and change in behavior (as a result of our work together) occurred around my romantic relationships and approach to dating.
