Once I arrived at the location I was told that they weren't in and that I called a different number. I called again and the same guy answers and when confronted he was confused and giving bogus excuses. don't waste your time with this so-called computer repair shop. the experience was zero stars…read more my computer desktop froze, and then would not reboot. i called this shop and spoke to the owner, steve levy, and informed him of the above. he said that a repair would cost at least $250, and recommended that i buy a new computer since the desktop was 5 years old. i subsequently took the desktop to best buy "geek squad" and they rebooted the computer within a few minutes at no charge. do not deal with pinpoint !
