I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store #3867…read more I went in to print documents, something I've done at this location before without any issues. The employee gave me the store email so I could send my files for printing, and then told me I would be charged $5.00 for the first page and $0.89 for each additional page. This immediately didn't make sense to me because the posted pricing in the store clearly shows that the $4.49-$5.00 fee is for computer use, not for printing documents that are emailed in. I asked the employee to show me where that policy was written, and he pointed to the "Print Days" pricing sign, which actually lists black & white prints at $0.89 per page and color at $1.19 per page, with computer use being a separate charge. Even after I explained that I was not using the computer and had simply emailed my documents for printing, the employee insisted I would still be charged the computer-use fee because he would be using the computer to print them. This directly contradicts the posted pricing and my previous experiences at this same location, where I was only charged per-page printing fees when staff handled the printing. I found this extremely frustrating and misleading, especially since the pricing is clearly posted but not being applied consistently. I left feeling like the store was not honoring its own pricing structure. I hope management reviews this issue, because customers should be able to rely on the prices that are clearly displayed in-store.

We needed the forms signed, notarized and shipped overnight from Long Island to LA. Thankfully, the owner is a loan officer, so he was able to assist in the process. Within hours, he went to the home, got the signatures and he completed the forms and had them shipped. We found he did his due diligence, following up with the agents to confirm everything was in play. He was responsive, accessible, clear and easy to work with.
