The food was all pretty good, good sized servings but what was horrible was the service. Place wasn't even that busy but took so long to get anything. Asked the same waiter twice for my soda which never came and they even charged me for it. Sent that bill back to remove it and they seemed bothered that I did that. Then we decided to get 2 ice cream desserts before heading home but we should've just went home. Took over 25 minutes...for ice cream. I wouldn't come back here with All the other choices they have

We patronized the place in order to take advantage of their Feast All You Can promo which, for less than six hundred pesos, allows you to order one House Specialty and as much as you want of most everything else on the menu. Now, it bears mentioning that I'm not exactly a fan of buffets--often, ninety percent of what's laid out is a half-baked concoction of chefs that don't exactly have the time to develop and focus on every single dish they have to pop out come the dinner rush, and not everything is worth the calories--and while the food at Lugang isn't really served buffet style, I was hesitant. I was willing to try it though because I figured if I was ordering from the menu anyway, then those dishes probably did go through better development procedures than buffet food. For my House Specialty dish, I ordered their crispy fried chicken (but only because everyone else at my table had already ordered their Hainan chicken). The chicken that they set down in front of me was a healthy brown color (very promising), and the skin definitely looked crispy. It tasted pretty good, too! I was happily surprised that they did not commit the fried chicken sin of uneven cooking and underseasoning. The rest of what I ate was mostly their Xiao Long Bao. There were other dishes on our table, but I couldn't stop eating the Xiao Long Bao. It was THAT GOOD. I liked that the wrapper wasn't fragile (like in other places), so the soup wouldn't pour out at the slightest touch of your chopsticks. Another homerun was their mango dessert thing. They serve it with ice cream and shaved ice, and it's a simple-looking bowl of yellow stuff, but it was surprisingly REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD. I'm a chocolate-is-the-only-real-dessert kind of gal, but let me tell you, they must lace their mangoes with some sort of aphrodisiac because everyone at our table loved it! So much so that we ordered several more bowls to share. I was surprised to find how much I loved Lugang Cafe. For a while now, I've been too suspicious of it to patronize it, but now I think of it as a go-to for indecisive and hungry moments.

Portions are smaller compare to other international locations but it's just right for me because the prices are way lower. It's also less noisy inside compare to the restaurant next door so you'll definitely be able to hold a conversation with your friends and family.

I had a lot of time to burn and I didn't want to wait at the gate. One restaurant got my attention. Hidden behind construction scaffoldings was China Tang. Well-lit restaurant with modern interiors. Funny that I was craving for good old Chinese food. Spoiler alert: China Tang food is freaking great. I was caught by surprise. If you're ordering one thing, get the steamed white fish with eggplant. I never knew that this combination worked. The flavorful fish mixed well with the soft eggplant slices. As usual, old favorites such as yang chow fried rice, pork shomai and sweet and sour pork were also ordered. I was actually expecting the food to be just okay. But wow, finally, NAIA has a decent restaurant. It helps that the place is not crowded like the others. This visit to China Tang makes me want to travel more so that I have more reasons to go to T3.

Sorry, no pictures to add as we were all too hungry to grab our phone as we grabbed the chopsticks instead! Xièxiè China Tang!!
