We used the service back in Cali and so far so good! From our unpacking, we had lots of paper…read morestuffing and cut cardboard. I waited outside early in the morning on pick up day for the service staff to come by with the truck and asked if he could take my bags outside the bin. He did not hesitate, and I tried to help him haul the bags over the bin. Another pick up day, for whatever reason, all the garbage was not dumped from our bin. I contacted customer service and was advised that staff would come by that same day or the next day. I honestly was not sure that anyone would come by, but the next day (a non-pick up day), the service staff rolled up in the truck and made sure the bin was empty!
