just went in to get a nose hooped removed for my job, we walked in and started walking towards the piercing side and immediately got yelled at "hello, what do you need?" so we turned around and started to tell this man that I just needed my hoop removed and before I could even finish my sentence he started shouting and me "get your fingers of it, we don't know where your nasty fingers have been, stop touching it!" as I was trying to show him my piercing. I have had it for 3 years mind you. we noticed the girl on the piercing side trying to get our attention so we just walked over there and told her i needed it removed and she proceeded to ask if we had $5 cash. which was weird but okay, so she goes to take it out and my friend goes to grab our cash and calls me to asked where it's at and at that point she had already gotten my hoop out and what yelling at us to "GET OUT!". This all was in a span of about 3 minute. So overstimulating. We ended up calling the owners son and letting him know what just happened. read more

I came in for a walk in and requested the small tattoo shown on the left. My tattoo artist drew on a lady with flowers. After telling him I asked for a skull he became very angry with me. He finally drew on a skull but was angry with my placement choice and said "you will take what I give you". Feeling uncomfortable I let him tattoo the skull. He then added on flames and blood without my consent. The entire time he kept making creepy and uncomfortable jokes that made me uncomfortable. Not to mention the end result is not well done. He also did not shave my arm or wrap the tattoo in the end. Hands down the WORST experience of my life. And it was $200. read more

I called them and asked if they took walk in's. The lady the confirmed that they would be able to take us, so we drove 40 minutes out to the tattoo shop only for them to be closed at 10pm. The sign on their door, their website, and the lady on the phone all confirmed it closed at 12 am. And when we arrived the place was closed and locked. I waited 20 minutes to just see if they were on break but they never showed up. They wasted my time and my gas and the place just looks dilapidated. read more

Have gotten all but two Of my. One tattoos here and the two I got elsewhere one was because I was out of the country and one was because Enchanted Dragon does not tattoo minors even with parental consent and I was getting my sixteen year old her first tattoo. Just went back for my ninth tattoo and was glad to be back at the shop I love. All of the artists I've met over time have been friendly, professional and done great work. Same with piercers. They will also do touch ups and corrections of their work at no charge. They are always very sensitive to how their client is handling the tattoo session. I have back problems so sitting in one position for long periods of time can be hard and breaks are welcome. David tattooed my now eighteen year old daughters thigh and she was so sensitive and in so much pain and he told her what a champ she was and watched her reaction and her face to make sure she was okay. It's always nice to know that they care about the client not just getting it done and moving on. There are lots of great tattoo shops in the area, but this one happens to be my favorite and it is well worth a visit and a discussion with an artist if you are in the market for a new piece. read more

Feeling super pissed because I called before I came in and asked if they would accept a late walk in and they told us to come on over but it was first come first serve. So 2 college students paid 40$ to Uber over and when we got to the parlor they told us they wouldn't take us because it was too close to close and for us to go home. So now we have to pay another 40$ to get home. I'm sure they give great tattoos and whatnot but the service and the care for the customer is so far below zero. read more

Walked in today because damit I wanted a few piercings. Walked in and was greeted by a lady asking what I wanted. Then another woman who I learned to be Suzy Pokerface ask me what I want and got me the paperwork filled out. I opted for the nose repiercing and a septum she explained to me the process and was very nice and super cool. She got it done and well here I am. Even adjusted it so I could flip the septum for work. Thank you so much; she provided handwritten care notes which was dope. dont go to this place even if its cheap unless you really dont care about risking your body. read the reviews before getting my septum pierced and decided to go somewhere else for a good reason. my friend decided to come here to get her septum because its cheap. and not to my surprise at all, the piercer pierced her directly into the edge of her cartilage in her nose, then when he panicked due to the pain, she proceeded to question my friend and make it seem like its her fault she messed up the piercing. then the rest of their tattoo artists came and just surrounded her, one of the workers trying to hand feed her salt? it was very unnecessary and i could see directly right through it. they wanted to make excuses for her messing up and i knew it would be a mistake to come here. yes it is cheap, but you'll probably have to take out your piercing eventually, and get it redone. its embarrassing to the piercing community to be hiring people with not nearly enough experience to work with people. read more

went to this shop with the intentions of getting my ashley pierced . the piercer Lily informed me that they do not offer the ashley piercing but they will pierce the bottom lip horizontally, so I went ahead and did that . after the initial piercing when inserting the jewelry Lily made the comment of I may have to return to get a larger bar due to swelling . she then gave her contact information and said to contact her with any questions or concerns. i texted her and she said to go to the shop and they would be able to help me . I went to the shop and there were two piercers. one piercing a septum that she repoked the customer 4 TIMES ! and the other pretended to "look" for a longer bar like i requested then proceeded ti tell me that i would just have to wait out the swelling and hope the ball doesn't get sucked into my lip. i then went to another shop that was trusted more and the piercer there told ne it was done horribly and said not to return ! fair warning to everyone read more

You know what they say, "Cheap tattoos are not good, and good tattoos are not cheap!" That having been said, I wouldn't say Enchanted Dragon is over priced, but I could be slightly out of the loop. I know an artist that works there, and would have gone anywhere Josh was working. Regarding price, the shop minimum appears to be $60 as of right now. I think that's pretty standard. Typical of most shops, the artists receive 50% commission and the tips. My friend got a small piece and it was the shop minimum. She had to go get cash has they have a minimum for a credit/debit purchase. Make sure you ask before you sit down. Luckily, since I knew the artist, it wasn't a problem for her to run out and get cash while he was drawing up my piece. Atmosphere wise...they have a couple pool tables and a dart board. I'm guessing this is in part for the artists during down time or for the clientele waiting. There is a couch and chair, lots of books full of designs organized by subject matter. The walls are covered in flash work designs. If you are looking for something ready made I'm sure you can find it there. The work space I was in while getting tattooed wasn't private, or really private. Although I'm guess if you are getting a piercing or tattoo in a more private area of the body they probably have another place to do it. It was a chair and the artists work space partitioned by a wall with a window cut out. Anyone could look in while I was in the chair. My friend with me while I was being tattooed and vice verse. The other artist that was there that night was across the way from where I was. There was a TV mounted on the wall for everyone's entertainment. I saw a chair and desk in another location surrounded by half walls in the "lobby" area. I'm not sure if this was for show or another artists workspace. Overall it's a good experience, but most of that is about the artist versus the location. It is clean and laid back so I would go again, assuming Josh is still there. read more

I got my naval (belly button) pierced. Our piercer was great, she explained the care very thoroughly before we got our piercing done (specifically that we can't submerge them in water since it was summer). During the whole process she was careful to make sure that the piercing would be even, and it was done before I noticed the needle was there. The piercer was friendly, but also blunt when it came to the care of our piercings. She wanted to make sure that we understood how to properly heal the piercing. The shop itself is very open, art is hanging all over the walls. It seems like a small shop from the outside but is much larger on the inside. Overall, I had a very good experience here and hope to return to get more piercing done. read more

At first I was a little turned off due to the location (due to it being at the bottom of a slightly steep hill) and I was a little put off from the interior. I think it was because of how very open it was. It felt like there could have been room for something else in there, but if you're claustrophobic, I guess this is your place! The gentleman who did my tattoo was very kind, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Josh was absolutely wonderful, and if he were to switch shops I'd definitely travel to get something done by him. When I first went in and told him what I wanted to get done and where (a bird made of musical notes on my ribcage) he was very honest with me, letting me know of the issues that may arise due to location (mainly that it was seriously going to hurt more than my other one did).He was incredibly helpful with the design process and the placement and I really feel like he went the extra mile. I went in with a friend of mine and he got us both in before one of his appointments later on in the day. It was a fantastic experience. He was talkative, friendly, and kept checking on me to see if I was alright and if I wanted to take a break. I also very much appreciated how professional he was. Part of the bird's wing went on the underside/side of my breast and he in no way made me feel uncomfortable. He was incredibly patient and gave lots of instructions after we were finished as to how to take care of the tattoo and it has healed up wonderfully. It looks just as vibrant and beautiful as the day he did it. There were no issues with healing. I can definitely say that even if you're initially a bit put off by the appearance of the place, there's no real reason to worry. Everything is incredibly clean, and they take the time to do good work. That being said, my bird (which if I had to estimate is about eight inches long from the top of the wings to the bottom of the tail, and four inches across from the chest of the bird to the wing tips) ran me $200. Other places I had it priced at gave me a $140-160 range, but it's more than worth it to pay the few extra dollars to have it done in such an incredibly professional and hygienic place. All in all, I would definitely go back and get more tattoos done here. Definitely worth the time and money. read more

Can't believe anyone would ever go here for a tattoo. The artist will not communicate with you. There was little to no instruction on the whole procedure which made the whole experience awkward. They just want to get you in and out. It seriously baffles me that they're still in business as it looks like a 4 year old tatted me. Needless to say I had a horrible experience. Most of these guys are on drugs or something. My artist got up and took a break every 20 minutes to go smoke! So the piece what should've been maybe a 5 hour max tattoo into a whole day experience. Not to mention the guy who did my tattoo, left my skin very scarred and since then have had another shop fix both tattoos. Not to mention I've been told the wording on one of them is so blotched out, I may never be able to get it fixed/touched up. This place is cheap.. but you get what you pay for. I have had a couple tattoos done there by 2 different artist. Each and everyone is blown out, crooked, and all around poorly executed. I always tell people "you get what you pay for." It didn't matter if I spent a little or a lot they are all poor. I tried to get them to fix the ones that were the worst but they just made them worse. The one artist would stop every 15-20 minutes to go out and smoke. The largest piece from him took hours and it felt like he was using a dull needle and ripping my flesh. I do have to say it looks like they have some new artist but the experience that I had will keep me from going back. read more

I've had three piercings done here myself (with plans to have more done here), my best friend has had many piercings done here, and I've had multiple friends get tattoos here as well! All of their work is done well and fairly priced. It's a clean and well lit environment and I would highly recommend getting work done here. Went in to get my first tattoo and was terrified. But Connie was great. I had seen her work on the friend that took me, so I felt good about it. She talked to me and dispelled all the weird and incorrect information people had given me about tattoos. She helped me determine the best location. She was upfront about what would look good and what wouldn't as far as size and color. She listened to everything I was looking for, then took my collection of printed out words and images and made something awesome. I have gotten so many compliments and it's still in the gross and healing stage. She was also very patient even when I got wimpy and asked her to stop for a second (twice). I went here 11/13/2015 to get a daith piercing and the girl dropped the ball into my ear canal and couldn't get it out. They didn't charge me for piercing. I had to go to Urgent Care and they couldn't get it out. They wanted me to go to emergency room which I couldn't afford. I had ball bearing in my ear and in pain for about 5 or 6 hours before I got it out. And still have ear pain. I had already stopped going there for tattoos as I found some who do way better work and now I will be traveling further for my piercings as well. This month I received a bill from Urgent Care for 75 bucks what my ins. doesn't cover. I was told to call owner in Az. Can't reach him no call back of course. Don't go here! read more

I got my tragus pierced there. I didn't have any problems when I was in the shop, but it has been two months and my ear has been getting infected on and off the entire time. When I went to another shop to get their opinion, they said enchanted dragon isn't known for using the best quality of jewelry. I also have a friend who got her tragus pierced there, and they used a nose ring in her ear, which is clearly not correct. read more
