I have had five different piercings from Enchanted Dragon from four different piercers, and have only one piercing that was done correctly and with appropriate follow up. In other words, four piercers, five piercings and only one result to show for it. The only successful piercing I have had was from J, who is no longer at any of their locations. As far as this location, when I had a problem with the piercing and called (as well as going there in person) no option was provided for follow up from the staff I spoke with. The piercing closed before Dan was in the shop again. This company has a problematic history with piercers and I am not generalizing. This is my own personal experience. Kevin failed to pierce a straight line, resulting in failure. It wasn't symmetrical. If you can't direct the needle accurately and in a straight line, you should not be piercing anyone. I was advised by a piercer unrelated to this company to remove it and try again. Another piercer at the Speedway location did not close the captive bead ring adequately and it fell out. He repeated the piercing but did not place it correctly, and it was miserable. He did not follow my directions. When I described his actions on Yelp he stalked me. It was unimaginable. I have proof of that and will provide it to anyone who contests. His name is Hector. Dan is probably a fairly good piercer, but it doesn't matter if there is no one available to see it through a problem during the healing process. And he was cavalier, disregarding my time and money. He showed no concern about me having to repeat the piercing, because his staff failed to contact him and apprise him of a problematic situation that could have been obviated. He said that sometimes you just have to repierce. Actually, it could have been prevented. I don't like doing anything twice that can be done once. That is a perspective that reflects very poorly. It screams of mediocrity. And I would actually be willing to pay far more for better care. Having a piercing done a second time hurts like hell. It's about ten times worse than the first time because that incompetent piercer has allowed for the healing of scar tissue. I don't respect any piercer who has so little respect or regard that they would allow this to happen. No piercer should ever try something they aren't pretty sure they can see through. This company simply doesn't have adequate piercers or proper follow through when there is a problem. They really are low level. They are not a class act. I'm so used to people in other industries being willing to help me if I compensate them well. And I have a reputation for being more than generous. These people are oblivious. Do they really think people are that stupid? The only reason I don't have more piercings is because piercers in Tucson are just so bad. The only good piercers are at Fierce Body Piercing. Their follow through is world class! Dan trivialized what is a monumental and egregious error. To disregard and thwart a difficult piercing at the midway point speaks volumes in terms of this piercer's values. I would never have dealt with him had I known how brash and cavalier he is. He had no problem doing the piercing and taking my money. This is a cardinal sin of a piercer. Since I have been harassed, stalked and intimidated by piercers from this company in the past (and I will provide conclusive proof to anyone on request), let me be clear: I will not be bullied. I am posting this review and I will repost it into eternity. I'm done with this type of process and will have my review seen by the public. Enchanted Dragon is second rate for piercing and I will not have my review nixed by these people. read more

To start off, I've known Terry for THREE YEARS. I've tried a few other artists, but he is by far my favorite and has done 14 of my pieces. He is kind, respectful, and very easy to get along with and works very hard to make sure the placement is right, to listen and customize to your needs, and to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I have had several tattoos in rather intimate places, (hips, butt cheek, underboob, upper pubic bone), done by Terry and every time he has made sure I had been given privacy from other shop patrons, was comfortable while I was getting tattooed, and was never once handled in a way that was unprofessional. He does not "hit on" or "flirt" with his customers and maintains a professional, but personable attitude when he works, and I have never once felt uncomfortable around him in the three years and many hours I have spent working with him. I recommend him to everyone I know and other people that have gotten work with him have told me of how great he is. He truly cares for his art and does his utmost best to provide the best experience and outcome for his customers and constantly works hard at his craft. Well I really don't know where to start, I felt so violated when I got tattooed by Terry. I don't know what else I can do so I guess this will have to do. I was referred to Terry so I called the shop and talked to some one, don't remember who but I went in when he was working and I told him what I wanted he made a appointment for me. The day came and I went in and he set up and put the design on with that purple stuff. I got my tattoo on my lower hip and he pulled my pants down a little too far and while he was tattooing me he touched me in ways that he did not need to. He was hitting on me the whole time I felt so uncomfortable. He had this make shift curtain thing over the window area I heard other people I wanted to yell out so bad but I went along with it just so it would be over. When he was done he wiped my tattoo so low he actually touched my pubic area, I tensed up but held it together so I could leave. He gave me his number said for me to call him but that will never happen. Ladies watch out for this guy and don't go there and get tattooed by him unless you want to get hit on and violated. I went to the enchanted dragon back when it was on broadway and that's where I met my tattoo artist Terry. Let me start off by saying Terry and I had a great connection and conversation. He gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of tattoo and placement. He has always made me feel comfortable while tattooing me because I don't have a high tolerance to pain and he knows I'm not one to be comfortable lifting my shirt in the shop but made sure I was comfortable and not showing too much while tattooing me. The tattoo turned out beautiful! I've gotten so so many compliments on it because it's done so well! So did the small bike on my ankle I also got from him. My daughter has terrible migraines. She was looking to get a daith piercing to try and calm the headaches. We called Enchanted Dragon and spoke with Abstract. What a professional young man. He explained the whole procedure before we even made an appointment. When we went in everything was very easy. Tools were sterilized if not brand new. Everything was very clean. A spontaneous decision one morning led me to this tattoo parlor, specifically to Terry. My first tattoo was on my thigh to cover-up a massive bruise and he was amazing! Me and my friend went in to get a piercing. We were walk ins . Jay was the one to do our piercings . Jay explained everything that he was going to do before he did the piercing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. I was hesitant about getting my done. But, after a little time I did get my daith pierced. I think he again did a fine job! Super impressed. I originally had an appointment at another shop and the guy was late so after waited 20 minutes I left disappointed. Luckily I found my way as a walk-in to Enchanted Dragon where I was greeted by Hector who was super friendly and accommodating they got me in right away with Kyle who was amazing. I've been going to Terry for a few years now. He's has a wonderful bedside manner that making sure it's not too much especially on big pieces. I went into enchanted dragon looking to get a new body art and the piercer Abstract made me feel so comfortable and relaxing. He talked me through every step and explained in great Detail how to clean and take care of my body art. He was very well organize, clean and Friendly.
