Placed a last minute online order the day before valentine's day and it arrived on time and without a hitch. Website was easy to use and simple. My one recommendation would be for the small little messages attached to be handwritten, the little print out was nice and satisfactory but I think handwriting the note would be a nice touch. More of a beyond expectations suggestion, overall very pleased with quality and service! read more

I was very disappointed on the arrangement that was made for a my friend. I called and informed them of how disappointed I was. And the owner inform me well the flowers are expensive.... the arrangement was $75 and it included $8 delivery fee. I could have bought a beautiful arrangement at Albertsons for half the cost. A 2nd arrangement was sent out. To add insult to injury the flowers had no thought into it. Seem that the florist just arrange whatever in the vase. I will never purchase from Enchanted Florist again! read more

Enchanted Florist provided my wedding bouquet, and it was absolutely perfect! Even in the last minute panic of getting ready for the ceremony, I had to pause a minute to admire how beautiful their work was when the bouquet arrived. I got many compliments that day, and based on photos afterwards. I even managed to salvage one of the succulents to be replanted. It's going strong 2 months later! Beautiful work! read more

I ordered flowers for a funeral and called multiple times to confirm they had the order, had the names on the card spelled correctly (were not correct on the emailed order confirmation) and were prepared to deliver before the funeral. Since we live far away we were unable to attend. Much to my disappointment the flowers were delivered with no card. Very upsetting. So on a sad day for the family they thought we had all forgotten. When I called the lady said "well it was on the flowers when it left here, maybe it fell off, but we don't check the card is there when we drop it". read more

I have been going to The Enchanted Florist for all the 18 years I have lived in Taos. I have followed them from their Ranchos location to their downtown location. I buy flowers for my office, flowers for my rental guests and other special occassions. Plus, the gift items are just great! Went to Taos overnight and as a surprise to my lady I wanted flowers delivered to her room. They made a custom build of what I thought she would like for a good price and they were beautiful. I'm not gonna get into what the hotel did to get me thos flowers that's for another review, but the fact that they were willing to accommodate on their Fukuoka fcukup they are okay in my book. Looking forward to going back the summer to do it again. read more

The pre-wrapped bouquets are nice but the prices are very confusing and I always end up paying $10-$15 more than what I expected to. Maybe I'll try Buds next time and see if their pricing is more consistent. read more
