We generally give Buds name as the florist in Taos to go to. This past week we were gifted an expensive arrangement as a thank you for hosting someone. It was generally well executed, however the next day, despite having plenty of water, the central flowers, orchids, were wilting. I emailed Buds on day 2 to let them know and heard nothing back. I then called them, got voicemail and let them know that I had sent an email, and again said we were disappointed that the arrangement wilted within a day, and again heard nothing back. Clearly they didn't care! I will stop recommending Buds! read more

My bouquet and altar piece were amazing!! I only talked to Bud's over the phone and I sent a couple of pictures of what I wanted. They were both exactly what I wanted! The colors of the flowers were beautiful. They delivered the flowers Saturday morning to Angel Fire and they stayed fresh even through the next two days. The altar piece was put up and then covered by a tarp through a rain storm. Nothing fell out and they still looked beautiful. The price was affordable and worth it! read more

Generally, in the past I have had good service. Today was a big exception. The lady that did the arrangement and spoke to me on the phone was very nice. This about delivery's. REALLY DRIVER. This person must be a family member of the owner. If you need flowers delivered go to the Albertsons or Smiths or Walmart and buy them and take them yourself. Buds has nice people inside their store, but the delivery driver has to be assigned other duties. Today was a very bad experience on an order made yesterday and flowers ain't cheap. Hi profit margin so at the very least delivery time should be reasonable. TERRIBLE! read more

When we wanted flowers delivered on short notice for a funeral, the folks at Bud's Cut Flowers really went the extra mile. They called the church, found out which funeral home was managing arrangements, and engineered the delivery through the funeral home, all on Friday afternoon before an early morning Saturday service. It meant a great deal to us; we are far away and could not attend the service, but were glad that our family members at least knew we were thinking of them. My Husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. He referenced a photo on the business website and paid quite a bit of money for them. The bouquet I received was nothing remotely close to the picture, had extra greenery to fill the vase and roses the size of a quarter. Some of them were already dead. Shop local? Eva , the owner, is a piece of work. When we ordered flowers for our grandmothers funeral, we were VERY specific as to the design, flowers and size of the order. She ignored the directions on our order and prepared the arrangements incorrectly, exchanged flowers without our permission, shorted us on on the amount of flowers we paid for and, our total order was well over $1,000 worth of merchandise. I insisted she pull out her written ticket, once she did it was blatant that she didn't prepare the order correctly, it was written in her own handwriting. When I called her on it, she called me an ass. No respect for a customer, especially a customer that is grieving a loss of a loved one. I would stay clear from this business. It's too bad, the two ladies who work for her were lovely and offered to remake the order, or correct it, but she refused to let them and told me that they are HER employees and they we absolutely forbidden to make the corrections....they were very kind and I felt bad for them! read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother and the flowers I had ordered and paid for were not delivered. Instead an arrangement containing different more inexpensive flowers were used. When I contacted the owner she said her salesperson did not follow the rules and used her own discretion. I asked for a refund and the owner refused and hung up the phone on me. read more
