Our project turned into a bit of an archeological adventure--we discovered so much hiding under the walls of our old adobe kitchen--but Sven served as a constant guide. Whether it was navigating floor or countertop choices or troubleshooting design issues as they popped up during the work, he was always there to help coordinate with our contractors. In fact, he was so skilled and helpful that even our own contractors were impressed; they actually added him to their roster of design consultants. He did a fabulous job and left the area very clean. Aurturo is very easy to work with and very conservative when spending your money. A week went by and I called the office and left a message - no return call. The next week I called the coworker's cell since he left his card with me - no return call. I called several days later and talked with David - someone would get back to me later that day. I never heard from them. I don't know how someone can stay in business this way. My neighbor has had good luck with them. Perhaps the job wasn't big enough...
