Great dentist and staff! My son has special needs and Dr Rojas was referred to me by a friend who's son also has special needs. I am a hygienist and I work at a great general office near by but I wanted a kids dentist and team who could have the "fun" office and were also trained with those extra special kids like my son. Gina doing my insurance info and checking In on the phone and with my appointments prior was so kind and helpful and even "three way" called with me to my ex husband who had to give more insurance info! Wow who does that right? Grace my son's hygienist was perfect with him, so sweet and used all the right lingo "open like a dinosaur!". Pro: The staff is friendly and seem to be great with kids. The dental staff are very good and are excellent about helping with referrals to orthodontists if needed. They make scheduling your next appointment very easy and send you text or email updates reminding you of your appointment which is super helpful. Con: Don't expect to be seen at your appointment time. From my experience here even if you show up early, you're child is taken back to be seen 20-30min after your schedule time, which honestly isn't terrible. When I once asked for an update about when my child would be taken back I was answered in a pretty defensive tone about how busy they are, so I guess don't do that and just wait it out. 2nd concern - I understand the idea of a mask mandate and I respect your business' wishes that everyone was a mask. However, sanitary technique is important: the secretary woman at the counter handed us our masks from a box (which is fine) but did so with unclean hands (she had just taken the check-in tablet from another client), grabbing the mask on both sides including the face-side. No hand hygiene nor gloves prior to that. This is exactly how nosocomial infections happen - poor hygienic practices. Luckily, I had masks in the car. So, I recommend bringing your own mask or ask to grab one yourself from the box. read more

Best dentist that we have been too! I have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old twins, they make all of my kids feel comfortable when getting their cleanings. Dr. Rojas is always really informative about what she's doing and if there are any concerns that she sees. The staff is kind and helpful when scheduling and when coming in. Outstanding! The staff was incredibly good with the kids. Everything from the timeliness of the visit to getting all 3 of my kids in at once so I wasn't playing the waiting game in the lobby made the trip smooth. The staff used kid friendly language to keep the kids from being scared, and played cartoons above their heads to keep them distracted. My daughter had her first ever filling today. I was amazed with how seamless, painless, affordable, and quick everything was. She had two fillings and we were out in less than 30 minutes. The gas along with using the laser technique left my daughter with absolutely no pain. She was smiling and so excited that she got 3 toys for being good. Took all 3 of my kids to start dental care here. They saw Dr. Rojas. She was very communicative and sweet. The staff was professional and very quick. All 3 kids were in and out in about 45 mins. Clean office. Had all the high tech tools. Overall I really have no complaints and even what I'd need to pay out of pocket for additional things like cavity fillings were not at all pricey. Not personable or comfortable. Lights and colors super bright. Crowded and too big of an office. Dental hygiene appt was in large bay open to 5 other patients. Not very private or comfortable. Assistants seem like they don't want to be there. 1 dental hygienist in that area hopping around. The whole cleaning took less than 10 minutes. No education or taking time to get to know the patient. We see a different dentist each time. Felt like 5 minute oil change of dentistry. Also some plastic smell permeating the whole office that aggravated my allergies and I am still coughing 1 hour later. Won't be back. read more

Today was my first day at this office and I can tell you I am glad I choose them for my toddlers. They did so well both of my kids and made them as comfortable as they could which made me in turn comfortable. One of my toddlers wasn't doing as well as the other but they took their time and we so patient with my least cooperative kid. The facility israel's is super clean and organized. It's difficult to find a good doctor. The Dr Rojas is the once in a life doctor patient relationship. She cares so much and is so personable about your child's care. Today was my sons first tome at the dentist. The staff, dental y hygienist and Dr. Rojas were all amazing. I could have not asked for such a better team. My son loved it. I can't say enough good things about this facility. Everyone from the staffs to the dentists are all very professional and attentive to their patients. I've been to multiple other dentistry and this place just blew those all away. I really wish other dentistry will be just like this one. I have to travel the distant to this location but it is all worth it. My son absolutely had no complain or felt any discomfort during the exam especially the X-ray part. At other places, the staff just couldn't do it whatsoever and would caused him to gag then throw up. Dr. Bryan was very pleasant and very informative. Explained everything to me in details. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking for a great pediatric dentist for their little ones. I can only hope a closer location would open near our home. read more

After a few unsatisfactory experiences at the current pediatric dentist for my 4yr old, I looked to yelp for help. This place had a lot of positive reviews and I wanted to see how my son would react to them since his last experiences were bad. I needed a second opinion on some dental work that would require an anesthesiologist. He loved the people there. He was still hesitant to get in the chair and deflected and stalled, but eventually got in it and stayed calm. The staff and dentist were patient and had a great bed side manner with him. They agreed that the prescribed treatment recommended by his current dentist would eventually be necessary, but felt that if they worked w him to calm his nerves and get comfortable w them that over time that may not be necessary.
