I have been to this office several years with my kids and find the office staff and dental hygienists very sweet and professional. However, Dr. Pham is very cold, has no bedside manner, and arrogant. I talked to my insurance and this dentist straight up lied to my face and told me they were just going to take ONE xray of where my tooth hurt. Ending up trying to fraudulently charge my insurance for the most expensive X-rays. I will be reaching out to the DPTA for a lawsuit I wonder how many people they scammed like this. They literally tried to get paid for 3 X-rays and was going to make me wait 4 hours for a cleaning after pretending they made me an appointment that morning and "was going to squeeze me in." My first experience with Dr. Pham was when I brought my autistic son who was terrified of dentist visits (from another clinic) for a check up. In one visit, Dr. Pham got done more than the other dentist got done over several years! They made my son feel relaxed by putting on his favorite movie on Netflix and didn't force him to do anything that he wasn't comfortable with. We experienced the utmost in care from the entire staff! Dr. Pham also took the time to explain the dental procedures my son would require and explained why. At the second check up my son ran to Dr. Pham's chair and asked for Christmas Mickey. He now doesn't mind going to visit the dentist! The second experience I had with Dr. Pham was with myself and my 11 year old daughter. She had to have 4 fillings and 2 teeth extracted. I had to have 1 filling. After both stressing about getting needles in our mouths we were fully impressed when we were coming out of the laughing gas and realized the procedures were already completed! A huge thank you to Dr. Pham for making our dental experience quick, easy and especially pain free!!! We highly recommend Dr. Pham! Don't waste time going anywhere else! read more

Wow was I surprised at how bad this place was. I tried this place after I was sent a card in the mail (I am a new resident to the area). They tried to up sale me on everything. All I wanted was a cleaning. They tried to tell me that I had a cavity (which I did not have - I decided to return to my former dentist about 75 miles away - who confirmed this). They are over priced for all the services they were trying to "push"on me. They tried using the typical scare tactics of "it will only get worse and cost more in the future". What can I say...Dr. Pham and his staff is the best dentist I have every experienced. My family and I have been coming to see Dr. Pham since this location opened on 242 and it has been an amazing experience for us. We have been to a few dentist in the area that is not good at all so when I found Victory Smiles it was truly meant to be for us. Dr. Pham is a great dentist. He is gentle and kind with my kids, myself, and my husband he helps to reassure us it will be ok. When my youngest daughter is scared of the work that is needed Dr. Pham and his staff paces themselves so she can comfortable. If there is multiple things needed to get done, he does it in multiple visits so the person is comfortable and will not get traumatized. You know if you get traumatize at an early age with a dentist the likely of you coming back is slim and that goes for an adult too. Knowing now how a dentist is supposed to be you can't really go anywhere else because he is great. I would recommend Dr. Pham and his staff to take care of your families dental needs. The examine rooms have TV's to watch on and it even has one in the ceiling. It is very clean too. They have good office hours and is willing to work with you on scheduling when they can. I have never experience a bad visit with a dental office until I visited Victory Smiles. I initially made a call to inquire about the dentist at the Antoine location. I am not very fun of dentist so I wanted them to know how uncomfortable I am sitting in as a patient. I spoke with office manager and she sounded assuring by saying, "she's employee " for ten years now and herself and family members are treated there. It was a little reassuring but still to soon to completely place trust in them. Soon after going in for x-rays I decided to let Dr. Lee do the work. However when I came in it was a Dr. Kim. I was not made aware that Dr. Lee was there on certain days. I was then told that there in dentist are rotation and they are all competent to do the work. I explained that I was under the impression the one who consulted with me would be the same to do the work. That was a "no , no " for me but I proceeded to get treated but made that dentist aware HOW much it concerned that they work in such way. I noticed Dr. Kim laughed in my face after placing the laughing gas mask on my face but I didn't think that much of it at that time. I later thought her laughing was an attempt to belittle me. She filled tooth number 14. She at the time did not tell me any details about this tooth. After that along with five other fillings and an extraction of a wisdom tooth I was under the assumption I would get antibiotics but I was on only given a script for pain pills. I left the office but the very same night I phoned saying the back tooth felt very bad. I hadn't got the pain meds and local anesthesia had wore off. It was an awful awful pain. The next day I phoned that dentist office and went in Dr. Lee was there. He did X-rays but said he stated I need to see her since she did the work. Remember I was told earlier that all dentist are competent to treat each patient when Dr. Lee is who saw me initially. Something is not right with this dentist office. Anyways I asked for antibiotics again and was refused. I had too wait to come in to see Dr. Kim - only to hear her say the tooth needed adjusting. I requested that the tooth be taken out but she said it needed adjusting. Okay she adjusted it but the very next day I phoned and explained that tooth is a problem and I am in great pain. I can back in saw her again she said the freaking tooth still needed adjusting. I came back in the following Wednesday and she adjusted it for the third time and I mentioned again the tooth feels bad needs taking out. She then stated that it was a large cavity and a big filling. I told her also I think it's infected and ask for antibiotics but she gave an excuse. She told me to give it a week if still hurts to come back. I decided to get a second opinion. Please keep in mind of all that time that passed. Once I got to the new dentist (not in network) after the X-rays and exam I was told I have an infection and need a root canal or extraction. An infection! Started amoxicillin it helped then got worse. Still was looking for dentist in network. Found one then went to them to get tooth pulled but they said tooth was too infected after taking x-rays. Started meds but came back because tooth in more pain. They said needed to obtain major insurance to do root canal. This past Sunday had to go t the emergency room. Categorized tooth as an abscess. Was prescribed clindamycin and Tylenol 3's. So enrolled in major insurance and waiting til March 1st. Pain pain pain but pain have somewhat subsided. It must be said that since 12/30/15 up to this current day I have taken over 120 pain pills. If it had been explained about my large cavity/ cavity line - explained how large the feeling would be . If I was told earlier of my options (extraction /root canals ) and prescribed antibiotics I most likely wouldn't be in this shape I am currently in. In my strong opinion Dr. Kim wanted me to be in pain so that they get a bigger dollar out tooth 14. Dr. Lee passed the buck and Dr. Pham upholds the unprofessional and malice behavior. read more

Sometimes I have to wait a while in the chair but once they come in, a cleaning only takes 20-30 minutes. One small complaint is I wish they called when it was time to schedule an appointment, every 6 months. They call to confirm but not if you don't have an appointment set.
