They said yes, I would just have to wait. That was fine. They started a little after 6. Pedicure done. Full set done by 8. Told at 8, they couldn't do my eyelash extensions. I know it's late, but here is where my frustration lies. Tell me you are too busy. I can go to another salon this time and come back to you in two weeks, but to tell me at 8, when I've been there since 5 was ridiculous. I'm going out of town. I needed it done then. Instead of losing a customer that day, they lost a customer for life. I know one person will not hurt their pockets, but I refuse to accept that poor quality of customer service.

It was miserable today. The dry skin around my nails is still there and I was cut twice. The tech was so rushed and I'm very displeased. I get simple manicures and for quality work I don't mind leaving good tips. I won't go back here again and do not recommend it. I will try enchanted nails next time. I've tried several times and this is my last time.
