First time here, just came in to get a fill in. My total was $30. It was going to be $15 but since one of my nails were broken he charged me extra. My nail technician was nice but I felt like he was rushing on my nails though. When I went to pay they basically asked me to tip. Tip: It's cheap but you get what you pay for which is bad customer service and bad quality nails. I decided to try it this place out on a recommendation and get a full set and pedicure for myself and pedicure for my boyfriend. To begin with the shop seemed a little out of date which was off putting but I figured it was just the building and if the work was good, frankly who cares. I explained what we wanted and prepared to wait since they seemed a bit busy with only 3 people working. I get called first to get my pedicure, the pedicure was okay nothing special but at least my toes looked better than before. My boyfriend was not seated to have his pedicure until after I had already finished, which was a little annoying given most people would want to get a pedicure along side each other but not one after the other. I wrote it off thinking it was due to what seemed to be understaffing. I sat down to get my set (coffin tipped acrylics), excited to see what this woman could crank out given she was starting from a clean slate! Once my nails were prepped, she started to glue down the nails. I quickly notice that one finger is crooked, once she had finished cutting the coffin shape I pointed it to her that "my ring finger nail was crooked could you please fix it?" To which she replied " that's just how your finger is, your finger is crooked". I stared at her for a second or two and went "um I think you might be wrong, my fingers are a bit crooked but not my nails." To which she just ignored me. She continued on but I could see she was taking great care to fix that nail since (while she didn't admit it) was indeed crooked. She finished building the nails and began buffing them down when I notice that yet another (different) nail was really really crooked. I quickly pointed it out to her and she once again replied that "that's just my finger". Clearly annoyed and fed up with this BS, I waited to see how she finished shaping it to see if it was going to be fixed. She finished, painted the nails, sent me off to dry them, pay, and leave. Not only was I left with a massively crooked nail (mind you I was told it was my finger that was crooked) but within a few days one nail snapped right down the middle and the crooked one popped entirely up! While the prices were good, it's clear I got what I paid for. I don't usually care to write reviews but I was so off put by this place and the terrible customer service that I felt like it needed to come with a warning for anyone trying to find a decent nail salon since now I need to get yet another full set about a week later. TLDR: Got full acrylic set, was told fingers were crooked multiple times as to why the nails were crooked. Days later, one nail split totally in half and others started popping off. read more

Typically is always packed or busy here. Third times a charm, and I'm glad that I decided to try here first. This is the best service I've received in my 2.4 years in Grovetown... don't get me wrong, the other 2 times were good. Today was great!!! I decided to do the volcanic spa pedicure, and it was 5 steps to relaxation. I would really rate this more like 3.5 stars but that isn't an option. Starting with the bad (as that is how I usually start) - 1. The facility needs a little bit of updating such as operational massage chairs and new carpet. 2. This may kind of fall under the equipment but there isn't a way for the pedicure to be done on both sides of the chair so I had to reach across my body with my right arm for her to take care of that hand while getting my pedicure. If I could give this place less than one star I would. The scenery very nice in the inside and Ms Kim was friendly. I decided to soak off my gel nails and went to the establishment to have the service done. For starters it doesn't matter what material gel or acrylic to be removed if you offer the service give it. The young lady who started my nails didn't know how to remove them so they moved me to another chair. The male I guess who was to have more experience started looking at my nails saying it's acrylic and or gel powder. I informed him that maybe on a finger or so because it breaks in the corners, he proceeds to tell me that's what it is and this whole speech about what he knows. I also informed him that I am also in this profession and know what I'm talking about, all I want is the gel to be removed while preserving the nail that's left. I know there will be some breakage but if your gentle it won't be so bad. So he proceeds to use the drill while man handling my hands (no proper sanitation procedures were used, not even hand sanitizer for himself or I,a hand or paper towel or the table for infection control). The male employee assured me he has been doing nails for a long time and that removing the gel in a very harsh manner is what he has to do to get it off. I stopped to listen to what he had to say to make sure I was heard him correctly. He let me know that "I can't be gentle , your going to lose the nail anyway". I told him I know that but you don't have to be so ruff. He got even angrier and said "why don't you go back to the place that put these on if I'm not gentle, I told you I can't be"! I said no worries, I didn't have enough time to drive 40 mins and I wanted to keep it in the neighborhood. I will be sure to make time to drive the 40 mins rather than to give the LOCAL neighborhood nail salon any business. My disposable income will be disposed of some where else! read more

I got a regular manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy. The price was amazing, it was clean and Morgan and Kim gave excellent customer service. I went here for acrylic nails and a pedicure. First of all- they have maybe 50 nail colors total. MAYBE. And they're super simple. Like opaques and some glitter. That's it. And they can't do anything special with them at all. Like I literally asked for a simple fade from white to nude and the guy that was doing my nails said they don't do all that at that their shop is "simple". So I went to go pick my colors and so many of their polishes are literal goop. It's ridiculous. Anyways my nails look fine. But that's not the issue here. When I first came in, I specifically said I wanted my eyebrows done before anything else. They didn't listen. Had me get my fingers done first. I said okay fine but I want the eyebrows done before my feet. They said okay. Guess what happened? After my hands were finished, they had ALREADY FILLED the foot spa and told me to sit. But wait, there's more! When I put my feet in the water, it was SCALDING. Like when you turn the shower all the way up so it'll heat up and then you get in too soon and it's blazing? You know what I mean. And when I told the guy it was too hot, he was visibly annoyed. He would stick a finger in the top, say it was fine, then angrily drain a quarter of the water, refill it, and when I said it was still too hot, he was like "no it isn't!!!" Mind you, my friend was having his pedicure done in the chair next to mine, right? Get this: the guy told my friend to get up and feel my water WHILE MY FRIEND was having his mani pedi done. Anyways, the guy finally got fed up, refilled the bowl with lukewarm water, and refused to do my pedi. Had another girl do it. Now, tbh I'm glad because if he could stick his h and in that hot ass water and tell me it was fine, I definitely wouldn't want him near my toes. The dude was clearly desensitized from so much working with his hands. Anyways, the girl who did my toes did a fine enough job. Super fast- very reasonably priced. I was expecting over $60 but under $40?! I got a full set French tip gel nails and was out in about 30 min. Never had my nails done that quick and have them look so pretty! I always bounce around with nail places but this place is my place. So convenient to Patriots Park with my kids' practices and I'm definitely gonna be a regular. Biggest mistake I should have know it was to good to b true!! This location needs major upgrades starting with the basic equipment. The menu is outdated, very limited polish selections and uncomfortable chairs. I asked for SNS nails and he looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. Unfortunately I stayed the water for my pedi was cold they sprinkled a 1/2 tsp of blue powder n soaked my feet for 25 min. The results were horrific my nails were done on the pedi chair. Uneven, crooked, and lumpy!!! If u make the same mistake n stay for the torture get a quote in writing. I left this crapper and had my nails redone elsewhere!!! RUNNN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FAST !!!!!!!!!! HOLE!!!!! They get a one star rating for having electricity!!! read more

Great experience, quick service but my nails look great and at $30 for a mani/Pedi I'd say their prices are very affordable. As another review mentioned however you have to lean to one side in the pedicure chair if you're also getting a manicure which wouldn't normally be a big deal but since I'm pregnant it wasn't the best set up. The environment was very clean, I even watched them clean the tubs after each pedicure which I do each time I visit a new nail salon. I'm a new resident to the area. Ive tried at least 3 other shops prior to this one. Let me start by saying, I hail from the DC Metro area: MY STANDARDS ARE HIGH! I walked into this spot the first time and thought: decor/meh...color selection/meh. But the proximity to my home was a Win. Not to mention I was able to get in and out and prices were Great! I almost always have my teenage daughter with me, so the price thing was a biggie. This is the ONLY salon that is able to place AND shape my nails in the stiletto shape I like. All other shops won't even make the attempt. I also have taken the leap of faith and let them do my brows. EXCELLENT job! This salon is clean, the staff are courteous and personable, and it's never so packed that you have to wait for long. I've, returned numerous times and without being disappointed. I wanted to love this place when I walked out after my mani-pedi. I really did. $10 for a manicure and $20 for a pedicure was super cheap and that would've made me a frequent visitor. However, I'm going to be very honest: the 7 day course of antibiotics I needed after my mani pedi made me change my mind. But I'll get to that later and still give my fair opinion of this place despite that. The nail polish selection at this place wasn't that great. Honestly, if you have a color you want at home, I'd bring that because their selection is small. I was willing to overlook that though because of how cheap the services are. Where else can you get a $20 pedi?! Anyhow, I got my mani and my pedi done by two different people. The mani wasn't terrible, but I've had way better. The manicurist didn't really take care to make sure that the sides of my nails were polished and the free edges were swiped with polish as well to extend the manicure. Still, for $10, I thought, whatever! The pedicure was better. It was relaxing and the girl seemed to really be thorough. There was one time on my left big toe where she dug a little too deep on the side of it, and it hurt really bad. However, before I could say anything about the pain, she was done with that. I thought that part was really uncomfortable and I'd never experienced pain like that during a pedicure, no matter how brief it was. Still, my toe nails looked awesome when I left and I was super happy. The next day? I woke up with my left toe in so much pain and where she dug in was red, swollen, and sore. It got worse the next day and I ended up going to the doctor and having it drained in the middle of the night because the pain was so intense. I was also placed on 7 days of the antibiotic bactrim. For that reason, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place or give it a higher star rating. read more

This was my regular place, I love Eagle Nails, always have, thats where I always go. I went to get my nails done tonight because i received a gift card to get my nails done there. I have always gotten my nails done by The woman that works there but the last time I went there, she didn't do so great and the nail polish was coming off on the second day, so I went back for a little touch up and they had absolutely no problem doing it. I offered to pay for the touch up, and they said it was no problem. But tonight was a different story. I went to use my gift card to get my nails done, I requested a man named Morgan, referred by a friend. Morgan then denied my service and told me he absolutely refused to do my nails because I complain too much and they have to put in the "extra effort" to make them look nice. This was very embarrassing to me, when the store was completely filled with people and they told me I was not allowed to get my nails done there. Remember I have only had to go back one time because of my nails being poorly done. I had to get my money back for my gift card and go somewhere else, which is highly disappointing to me. I'm sorry but being a business I would think they would want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their work. read more

The only downside is the pedicure chairs are a little old and they do your manicure at the same time but you have to reach across your body.
