I've seen multiple techs and they've all been amazing. The owners are both always there and are the first ones to welcome you in the door. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get a chair as a walk in! The massage chairs alone are enough reason to splurge for the hour long pedicure. Tons of options for treatments and colors. I wanted not only a pedicure but also a manicure something I haven't had since my wedding in 2013. I was told a manicure would only be $20 along with my $45 Deluxe pedicure. The nude OPI color that the new employee and I agreed would be perfect for a funeral happened to be problematic. It would not dry quickly as my own OPI nail polishes do. When the new nail tech tried to assist me with putting my sandal back on. The nail polish smeared on my right big toe. A few of my fingernails had messed up trying to get my card for payment. The nail tech was sweet but flustered when I showed her and she repainted them. I sat there what seemed like forever waiting for them to dry. When I felt I had sat there long enough I left. The polish on my thumb nail smeared when I was attempting to put my seat belt on. I went back in and asked to purchase the polish so I could correct it at home myself. Later that evening I noticed all of the polish she used left bubbles and indentions and continued to feel tacky many, many hours later. So instead of using the polish again I called man that works there and he assured me that I could come in the morning and they would redo them with gel polish, he told me that those milky nude colors are thick and they've had issues with them drying. I was feeling good about this and arrived around 10:00 to find out they wanted to charge me an extra $40 to repaint them with gel polish. I declined and asked them to just take this off and use one of my polishes. The older owner came over and was being rude and said it would be $20 for color change. I said no thanks. I wasn't spending another dime at this point. She went on to raise her voice and tell me "you were here for 2 hour yesterday" , why, yes I was, I surely didn't want to be. She also said in a rude tone "we know you, we know you"over and over. "We take care of you". Well, I know them too. They try to rush you in and out with results that are less than stellar and push gel polish when I have always used regular nail polish with no issues. They did refund me the $8 and take back their nail polish and I left with unpainted nails and a subpar manicure. There are many other nice establishments in the area that I will continue to give my business to.

The lady didn't paint the sides of my toenails, didn't paint even coats and didn't apply a top clear coat. As a result, pedicure started to wear after day two. I was very disappointed with the quality prior to leaving but just paid for the service and left. I would not recommend this place.
