I accidentally deleted my review from a couple days ago. Nooo..... but I'm happy to write another one. 20 years ago I got veneers for the first time at another office. I had the most beautiful veneers/ smile and was very happy with them. Then last year I was convinced by another office that I needed to replace them. I had the most horrible experience there. I had excruciating pain for months from the beginning of the process with temps even after I got the permanents. The result was also very bad. The teeth were bulky, opaque and big. Too big for my face. I was so afraid to redo them again but I was so happy with my teeth and smile. I went to get a second, a third and a fourth professional opinion from endodontists and dentists. I met Dr. Poneh and her demeanor and warmth was awesome. Her knowledge was what I was looking for. She did things that the other office didn't do, she even sent me to the lab so that they could professionally match my permanent veneers to my bottom. She was able to rush my veneers and a week later I had my smile back. I'm beyond happy! My son and I , are now new patients of hers. Finally found my smile fairy! Her staff was also the best: warm, friendly and professional. Oh and I didn't have any pain whatsoever, barely any sensitivity which is expected. Her hands are magic.
