I was unable at the time to get the tooth extracted because I had a major surgery for something unrelated to my tooth coming up on Jan 2nd. Needless to say, they got me in last minute and helped me manage the pain in the days leading up to my surgery. Amazing! As most people, I don't love the dentist and needed to find one close to home that made scheduling convenient so I didn't make excuses not to go. This is the place! Located easily on Ventura Blvd. with parking made it a breeze to get to! You can also make an appointment online which is so helpful. The front staff was great! They called me before the appointment and made sure my insurance covered them and let me know what my portions would be should I need anything beyond preventative. The checkin process was a breeze. Once the paperwork was done they took me right back. Christina did the X-rays and the 3d scan (soooo cool!!). Then Dr. Mike came in and spent a ton of time with me going over my history, scans, X-rays. He explained so much, what's normal, what isn't, when things get concerning. He did a deep cleaning for me (it's been a while) and offered an anesthetic (which I declined). The whole process was seamless and my teeth feel great. They talked to me about a lot of options but never tried to upsell. Dr. Mike even checked with the front to make sure everything planned was covered by my preventative care plan. I left clean, happy, feeling taken care of, and with my next appointment made. I will be back and will not dread coming here! read more

The result was: they took a lot of X rays, and no cleaning at all, only polished a few of my teeth, and of course no teeth whitening.
