They won't remove a handicap sign that was built in temporarily for a student who moved out a year ago, even though we already have a spot in the lot that no one parks in anyway. We have put in many emergency maintenance requests, and they came a month later. They say there are over 100 work orders, but you'll see maintenance come back from a vacation and sit in front of their complex smoking. You get ZERO amenities, the gym is terrible, the game room that is open "24 hours" is the basketball court, which is outside. There is no pool, events, or study areas. The amount you pay for rent, with all the issues, is unbelievable. Honestly, just read all of these reviews because I could go on and on about why Canvas Townhomes do not care about their residents.

Whether it be the pool and hot tub, the study lounge, or the gym, each is available to all residents and makes living here just that much better! Additionally, new things have been added while I have been here, such as the package delivery room. This adds an element of convenience as well as security in knowing that your packages are stored safely until you can receive them. The breakdown seemed to be in their automated billing system, which didn't match with what the management would tell you. While they didn't match me with people I liked, I was able to share space. We now have to carry all of our furniture to the front parking lots all the way to our cars while they do this work. So now we will literally have to walk our beds and couch and all of it across the entire property or we will be fined. I would absolutely never recommend this apartment to anyone. They don't want to pay for it. Then, they asked me bunch of bs via email and I responded all their queries back to back immediately. Finally, they asked me to share my HR or Boss email. I responded promptly with requested details (it was almost closing hour). Next day, early morning, they email me saying that they have rented the apartment to someone else.
