I'm going to update this review, After living here for a few months now, I find it to be annoying living on top of someone with a dog. Their dog is always running around, jumping. And you can clearly hear it at night. You're not supposed to have your dishwasher or Laundry on after 10 and they do so around 1am . I've made several complaints and nothing ever happens. The pet fee should be discounted for the person under you . The walls are thin. You can literally hear people Fu** and arguing . Security is the worst here and literally don't do their job, I had issues with a Racist guy at the pool. Called Security and they said " I'm not clocked in right now " So unprofessional. THE RENT IS NOT WORTH IT: The Washing machine, Dryer and stove and oven are old and outdated and I am assuming the water heater too (it's locked inside of a closet) but it only holds 8minutes of hot water and takes about 5 hours before it can supply you with more hot water. You forget that the year is 20XX while living here as it reminds me of a apartment complex built in the later 1900's. The location is a good location Brookside is gorgeous, but once you realize that your toilet will never be consistent at this complex and you basically have to manually flush your toilet with a plunger every other flush you might want to reconsider if this is the perfect location with a subpar apartment complex..... just a side note these manual flushes are from #1's don't get me started on #2's. The staff told me that is how the toilets are suppose to work after putting in multiple work orders. The apartment also comes with minimal lighting but you can pay for them to attach the light kit to the ceiling fan (my assumption is the ceiling fan originally came with the light kit, but they saw an opportunity to charge each tenant to install this because they remove it before the next tenant can move in , so they can nickle and dime them also.) Another note about light. I moved in November, my lightbulbs went out in December, and I was gone most of December so I didn't care, so when I got back In January they told me they don't replace lightbulbs and I would have to purchase them myself.... so I did, and when I moved out I took my lightbulbs with me, and they charged me for lightbulbs and insisted since they provided me with lightbulbs I have to leave them with lightbulbs. Besides that the other little things, countless spiders, roaches, bats and the hallway and stairwell(They charge you monthly for pest control, and don't pest control). It's poorly cleaned. Their is dog poop every where. The management are as nice as they can be until you realize they are nice people but they really are not in control as the property is owned by some company outside of Oklahoma and that is probably why it's managed very poorly. I overpaid by a month once and they told me there is nothing they can do to refund me and they would credit it to next months rent. As this wasn't a big deal to me I could only imagined if they did that to someone who actually needed that money to survive especially during a Pandemic. This place is so bad I actually started looking for an apartment early to leave, and eventually just bought a house and left 2 months before my lease ended. I moved from New York City to Tulsa through Tulsa Remote and since then the only bad experience I had in this city was this complex. My suggestion would be Rent a house, Buy a house, or find a apartment complex that is actually owned and managed by a company in Oklahoma because this apartment ain't it. read more

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We've been here almost 7 years. Brenda is fantastic as the manager. We've had a couple tragedies while living here and she has been great. Gail has been awesome as well. I use the conference room quite a bit. Gail makes we have hot coffee. Ramon, always takes care of things quickly. He is always accommodating coming in at good times. He showed me how to reset T-Stat in the conference room. That way we could be comfortable while working. In general it's a great place to live. The pool area with great grills is a great place to just chill. Anyway I see some bad reviews I don't understand them. They're just not accurate. Check it out. Tim read more

We had the opportunity to call The Enclave at Brookside home for about two years when we first moved to Tulsa. We found The Enclave a great place to call home. The location is great with tons of great restaurants all around. The apartments are very nice and the management is phenomenal. Brenda, the manager, was always accessible and extremely friendly and accommodating. Ramone was head of maintenance and was always eager to help in any way possible. The actual apartment unit is nice, but Ihave had some problems/concerns while living here. 1) I moved here when the property was first built last year. The first problem I had was related to several electrical wiring issues that complicated my stay. The washer/dryer wiring was not done correctly, causing me to have my W/D unit replaced three separate times in a week. A huge hassle. There have been ongoing electrical issues that continue to pose a threat, which I have brought to the attention of management, and have not been rectified, such as my constantly having to replace light bulbs due to them bursting inside the sockets from the faulty wiring in this apartment unit. 2) Having a gate to the garage is nice, but when the gate stays open, and creepers sit and wait for someone that lives here to open the door, and then they follow them in after, that is not OK. This happens CONSTANTLY. With anyone having access to the parking garage that waits for a few minutes for the gate to open, any number of dangerous individuals could come in, and commit any crime they want, and since there are no cameras, there would be no way to document it. I don't really think security is their number one priority, however, when the men at the pool sexually harass the women so much that they can't even enjoy the amenity. 3) It is a huge problem that residents cannot get back in through the side doors to the complex once they have exited, instead, they are locked out and have to walk all the way around to the front just to get back in after walking their pets. This poses a safety concern to not let residents back behind closed, locked doors when they have an access fob, especially in this neighborhood. Just this time last year, this very area was plagued with a criminal known as "The Brookside Rapist". These rules regarding the doors do nothing but keep the residents as prisoners, while giving complete strangers increased access to the premises with no consequence. 4) Next, it's not very quiet at all. I personally, wanted to move here because I expected it to be a quiet, nice place that I could come after work to do schoolwork, as I am also a full time Doctoral student. There have been a lot of college age kids that have moved in since March, and they are very loud. They have taken over the pool area, even though the pool area is not open yet, they scream and run up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night, they fight all the time, and they are just freaking annoying. I have a balcony over the pool area, and every night of the week and weekend, there is some drunk manchild crying under my balcony about some random white boy problem, like, bawling his eyes out, or he's trying to fight his bro. Get it together in 2015, kids. Nobody wants to pay 1200.00/month and up to listen to that. 5) Management does not notify you when you get packages delivered. I had an important package delivered, and was never told about it, until the company that sent it contacted me themselves to ask me about its receipt, and told me that the manager of this complex had signed for it. In the contract, it states that the office DOES accept packages for residents, but what good is it if you are never notified? read more

This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful, but sometimes the facade hides what's really inside, which in this case is poor management and security, cheap building materials and constant promises to tenants that are left unfulfilled. If you're living in one of the most expensive buildings in Tulsa, I think it's absolutely reasonable to expect that you would receive at least above average care from management, but that is not the case here. Construction delays, maintenance issues going long times without repair or with shoddy repairs, and things that still somehow have never happened (like a place to sit in the tiny grass square they call a pet park). Previous reviewers have noted some of the security concerns, like tailgaters following into the parking lot, lack of reentry options and general lack of security presence which are all extremely valid points. If you're looking for something that is really good looking and has nice amenities and you are willing to pay for it, this is the place. Just be aware that once you're in, you'll still be paying a huge amount for service that will not be matching the building. read more

I stayed here with relatives while travelling overseas. While the place is quite nicely presented, it is very loud inside the units. I could clearly hear people talking and walking around on top of us! Additionally their gym facility was very modest for a development of this cost and size. It was nice, but not enought to justify the high prices. read more

Great location, but quality of building 2 not impressive for the price. Staying in the second building is like a 10 minute walk to the only place you can park you car. To my knowledge, there is only one or two ways for visitors to get into the building (door with access keypad), so they might have to walk around the whole block just to try to get inside. No luck ever getting packages. The layout of the 2br2b apartment is very nice and suited for roommates, but you will have to deal with the pounding of your dinosaur upstairs neighbors. I got lucky, I got someone upstairs that loves walking back and forth nonstop for hours - so it's continuous pounding on the hard floors, almost no noise insulation. Also, your rent is not your only expense, as they will charge for every single thing you use - water, sewer, trash, ADMIN fees (sneaky) ... which might seem like little things but add up to about $100 more on top of the rent. On the bright side, their maintenance is very fast. Staying in the first building might be a different experience, but stay away from building two - feels like a lonely, dirty (i.e. dried throw up in hallway and stairways for months), loud building, long walks and stairs everywhere (elevators are dirty and SLOW) and no amenities. read more

The Enclave looks great at first but looks can lie. We moved my Mom last Nov and we thought we had a great situation. The apt is a two bedroom/two bathroom. Well, they do not hold promises they made. They said mom she would have a first ground apt that did not happen; they promised the provide her of handicap parking well that did not happen till last week after she told them she told them she was moving out. For the apt, it has sereval issues: Well the microwave stop working at 2 weeks; the dish washer does not dry; you have to run the drye rhas several times to get something dry, the bathrooms guest the bathroom holder came 0ff the wall. the master bath the tp holder was brke when we move in. the one real big when the wind blows the windows start scream and so loud it would wake on from a dead sleep. The looks of this complex are great but don't let that fool you. Once you have to deal with the staff it's a whole other story. Upon move in I was told I can paint the walls... well there was a change in the management company and so they are doing my final walk through and the lady says why are these 2 walls painted.. she goes on to pretty much say that isn't allowed and I tell her they said I could upon move in but didn't seem to care. Me and my wife who are non smokers... she says well you onviously have smoked in here. I said no mam we don't smoke but my family does on the balcony but not inside. She didn't seem to care. Kept accusing me of smoking in my apt when I don't even smoke. So probably not getting my deposit back because of things I didn't do and things I was told I can do. Also be aware that when you move out there is a 45 carpet cleaning fee they do not tell you about. They just automatically charge you. So alot of hidden fees. I could go on and on but bottom line. The staff is never on top of things, there are alot of hidden fees, and all I ever got from the staff was lies. So if your thinking about living here...... spend the money on a nice house cause you can get one for the price of their smallest 1 bedroom. read more

This place is by far the best in midtown! Little pricey but you get what you pay for! Amenities are great, awesome pool and the perfect social scene for all ages! The staff is amazing I have seen a lot of turn over here but I truly believe that the staff that is at the enclave is the best the place has seen! The leading girls are awesome and make a point to get to know most residents! They are understanding and compassionate when it comes to residents needs! They are quick to solve problems and make you seem as though you really do matter! I love coming in and chatting with them, they take the time to really get to know their residents and family. I love coming in to pick up a package and the girls always ask about my mom and my fur baby! I just love how personable they are. The Enclave finally found the perfect people for the office I'd recommend this place to anyone! read more

I would give it negative stars if I could! This place is terrible! It looks nice on the outside but it's not worth living here especially paying as much as you do. We moved here when it was the old management, but now the new owners are out of control. We had a complaint about it smelling like smoke in the walkways and supposedly this is a non smoking community and we had signed a paper agreeing with that but when we asked to get a copy of that they never showed it to us. Also there is no non smoking signs anywhere on this facility. Within the first 3 months of living here our refrigerator water pipe stopped working and started leaking behind the fridge and all the walls and baseboards are moldy now. They came to fix the pipe 2 weeks later after calling and calling because we had puddles everyday on the floor. As they were leaving they said they would be back "Monday" to fix the baseboards. As we suspected they never called or came back. We tried contacting again and nothing. After a week or two we just gave up, they know about the problem and if they don't want to correct it that's their fault. Now it's 3 months later and we have never been asked if everything is up to our standards or fixed. Every resident we have talked to is disgusted and disappointed with the new management. The staff is very rude, extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful!!!! They have no management skills or know how to run a successful business especially with the rudeness. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone! read more
