I was diagnosed with three herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. I had to give up all of my active hobbies and switch jobs, and my physical and mental health suffered. After spinal steroid injections, surgical consultations, PT, acupuncture, massage, yoga, etc., my osteopath recommended I try one more round of PT before surgery. He followed up via email to check in on my progress and to offer more advice on how to recover.
