I asked for the "mini detail" which is both exterior and interior. The price was very reasonable and she did exactly as promised. I will defintely be going back when my own car needs detailing. They did a fantastic job on the interior of my vehicle. I normally keep it tidy but I travel a lot and I'm particular about the inside of my Jeep. They were able to schedule me quickly, re-schedule when I had a last-minute change of plans, then got the work done and it turned out great. Very clean, smells great, shampood surfaces almost completely dry, they got it done in half a day and the price was super reasonable. Quick service and affordable! I messaged for a quote Friday evening, they responded right away and were able to get me in by Monday morning. For a shampoo, vacuum, and wipe down it was $80. The shampoo included the seats, carpet, and mats which was great because I know some places where they would charge each separate. I dropped off the car around 10 and it was ready for pick up by 2. They did a great job! I picked it up and was shocked that everything in that car that had been dull was shiny. Everything looked great! I needed to get my Silverado detailed in a hurry on a Saturday morning and decided to call Encore. I could not of been happier. Tessa was great. She got me right in and even provided a ride for me back to my house while the truck was getting detailed. A few hours later they picked me back up and brought me back to get my truck.
