Best shop. Brought in my 22 Mustang to have road paint removed and chips painted. They buffed it out and did the chips. The paint looked much better than new. They also shined up the wheels and tires. I couldn't believe it was the same car. Washed many times now and it still shines beautiful. I can't believe it's not ceramic coating. Was quoted both online and when I dropped the car off for a full carpet clean and detail. When I picked the car up it was evident they had only done a basic detail package. Had to request a refund for the difference from my bank. Looked like a towel had been used just to wipe everything down. Carpets were simply vacuumed, not shampooed. I really hope this is a case of miscommunication between them and their team and not them trying to scam customers. They didn't put my seat protectors back on and my aux cord was missing. Yesterday I brought my 2008 Ford Ranger pick up to N Touch Detailing. I use my truck primarily for landscaping projects so it was very dirty, had scratches and desperately needed a professional touch. N Touch explained the process and paint correction. While I was there I noticed they provide ceramic window tinting. Because my vehicle did not have a factory tint, I decided to include it to my service. Today I picked up my truck and WOW! It looks great! Looks like a new paint job! The scratches are still there but you need to look close. The metallic color popped, and the tinting was professionally done. I cannot begin to say how happy I am. I don't feel the price was high considering what they had to work with. After all, my truck is a 2008 - almost 20 years old and looks new! I have two large white husky mix dogs that shed hair like crazy! One is long haired and one is mid-length, the shorter haired one drops hair all the time and the long haired one's hair gets stuck in everything and won't come out. On top of this my dogs like to hunt so they're always getting muddy then getting back in my car and shaking mud everywhere. My car is a 2014 and hasn't been detailed ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would I inherited a car that had some dirty/moldy seats that I could not get clean myself. I was gifted a $250 gift certificate to N Touch to get this and more done. The person on the phone told me that it would cost $200 to get my seats cleaned. I thought that was pretty expensive but figured that is the cost to do the enzyme treatment. Then I go on the website and see that they will detail an entire large car for $260 which includes shampooing!!! And enzyme treatments only cost $50 I am not sure why he charged me $200 for just shampooing my seats but they didnt even make them PRISTINE! (See photos of poor quality work) I lifted the head rests and they didnt bother to clean under them. Then I lift up the seats and they couldn't even be bothered to remove a leaf from under the seat? Nor did they clean the seat belt that had mold on it. Since I had $50 left on my GC I asked what else they could do and he mentioned a hand car wash. A$50 CAR WASH SHOULD MEAN THAT ITS PERFECTION. The roof is extremely dirty and it has water spots all over my car plus streaks going down the front and back window! So they didnt take the time to hand dry it either for $50. I cannot fathom why a $50 car wash did not mean that they got every DETAIL and cleaned every speck of dirt that I cannot clean myself. I mean that is why its called DETAILING is because you do all the cleaning and detailing that I cannot do because you are a business that specializes in DETAILING. I called to ask what my $250 paid for exactly and he told me that my expectations were too high and that if I wanted these things (the roof of my car and all the mold) actually detailed and cleaned that I would have had to SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR them....what????!!!!! I thought I asked for them when I PAID you $250??!??!?!! If you want a custom job done besides what they offer on your website I would go to Emerald Valley in Springfield. My family goes there and gets amazing service for waaaaaayyyyyyyy cheaper. read more

I bought a car from a private seller that was covered in mold throughout the inside. So covered that my husband had a difficult time breathing when we drove it even for a minute. We brought it in to N Touch and have been completely amazed. The car seriously looks and smells completely clean. I took my daughter's 2010 Honda Civic to N Touch for interior and exterior detailing prior to our selling the car. I could not have been more pleased with how they were able to make that car sparkle both in and out. There was some strange splashmarks on one side of the car that did not come off in the car wash. We ever figured out what the substance was but they were able to buff it all off. It took extra time and effort and yet they did not raise the price. We got about what we hoped for in selling the car and I am certain a good part of that was due to it's almost new appearance after N Touch. read more

Paid a premium price for my family van. I was told they focused on the leather, carpet, and interior. The leather looked great. They did amazing on the leather. The carpet was a big job and came out as expected. There were stains that were not able to be completely removed. This issue I had was the interior. It wasn't done to the degree I would have thought for over $200.00. The dash was dusty and still had the ring from my cell phone holder. I'm not sure they wiped it down. The outside of the van was washed. I'm not sure they polished it. This is the second time they detailed my van. The first time they did amazing on the exterior and I took it back because the interior wasn't done. read more

JD and his crew were phenomenal, it's the best detailing work I've had done and I've been to a few places here and in Pittsburgh, PA. I went out to dig through my glovebox for something today and took my shoes off outside the car to get in b/c the inside is pristine and I didn't want to mess it up. Seriously. They did both the inside and outside of my '14 WRX. I have a dog and the car hadn't had any attention for over a year... but, you'd have thought the car was new when I got it back from them. It smelled great, not a dog hair to be seen, and the outside looked as sharp as the day I bought it. Just from the way he sounded on the phone, I felt comfortable. We set a date and I brought my 2015 black Highlander to get an estimate. I had other estimates that were less expensive, but again, listening to JD I just knew I'd get my money's worth. And, I did! It took about a day to complete my car. Disappointed. Bought a gift certificate as a birthday present for my bf. Mentioned we live in the mountains and had dogs. A full interior with pet hair removal was purchased upon the employees recommendation. Paid a little over $200 for it I think. Plus tip. Well, upon pickup of the truck, my bf was told he owed $50 more on the spot??? The employee said he had to do another hours worth of work and wanted more money. No call to us stating he would need to spend more time and extra costs would be involved? There were no expectations on our end for more work than that what was paid for. Pretty shady. How horrible for my guy to have to shell out more money upon pickup for a birthday present. Though as a possible gift, we did find a dirty cleaning sponge left in the back seat. I have been looking for a reputable detail company and came across NTD on Facebook. I have been following NTD for over 6 months and finally took my old 2006 Lexus GX in for a ceramic 3 year coat and interior detail. Normally, when I pick my cars up I'm instantly disappointed. This time I was impressed and the car looked like it came off the showroom floor. I waited over a week to write this review to see if I came across any poor craftsmanship and nothing...
