My dogs did bark but were accused of leaving them all day every day which was not true. There is NO security and the first week we had a bike stolen and someone else had an E-bike taken. Everyone just brushed it off too kids out having fun. I did not feel safe! Can't walk dogs in resort for fear they might relieve themself in someone's gravel. Have to go clear by the storage area in back of resort to designated dog park. The full time residence make us feel like outsiders and that we were intruding. There were several rules and we had to sign a form stating we read them but others did not have to comply. One being the age of camper could not be 10 years old. Ours is new but others were not. So rules only apply to the outsiders (Thousand Trail members. ). We are leaving early do to the safety concern. I am giving 3 stars because the pool was nice and office staff was nice.

Both areas have more than ample shopping and numerous eating establishments. Lots are large hard gravel areas. A few of the lots have cement patio areas. The staff is currently working on improvements and they are quite busy yet still friendly and helpful. We have only been here a week but so far I have no real complaints. The only fault I can really find is the WiFi internet. It is at best just ok. Works for email and light internet use but it appears to be too overloaded for any kind of online gaming or streaming services. Cellular service if you have at&t is also spotty. Over the air tv is quite good with around 70 channels available with just an Rv antenna. For what you get, the rates are quite reasonable. You should call for current rates or any special offers they may have at the time. As for the bathroom and shower areas, they seemed quite nice to me considering a minimum of 50 people per day use them. The only bad odor I noticed comes from a very large cattle feed lot a few miles east of the Rv park and that odor is intermittent. I have no idea what Jom s. Is talking about. I have seen no sign of any illegal activity here and no one has tried to get me to buy drugs???? I do hope they improve the internet service, but we would definitely stay here again.

After getting a $ 30.00 late fee charge I find out the bill was sent to my computer. The only problem with that is my computer was down for repairs and I had no money to get it fixed. So instead of checking with me about being late, a friend picks up my bill at the office and I get news that I am late paying and I owe $30.00 late fee. I will pay that total bill but $ 30.00 will be paid under protest. I will also contact the BBB and chamber of commerce. Also I will let them know about a package that was delivered to the Val Vista RV resorts office on May 18th. at 10:17 AM. That package was to be signed for by me before it left the office. It is gone and nobody knows where it is. Before wasting money on a lawyer I will try to send this to the owner of place . Staff are very competent, highly enthusiastic about all aspects of theatre arts (writing, acting, dancing, stage management, directing, make up, costume design, music, choreography, set design, tech etc etc), nurturing, and there is very strong overall sense of community. My daughter has undoubtedly grown in various ways - willingness to try new experiences, confidence acting on stage in front of ~200 people at the fantastic Mesa Arts Center theatre, made good new friends, carefully managed her time, flexed her memory skills, dealt with the setback of not being cast, been a responsible and positive cast member, improved her acting, dancing, and singing skill. Thank you to all at EVCT for cultivating such a safe, welcoming, and encouraging space for children who want to try theatre! There seems to be something for every young aspiring actor at EVCT.
