When we were done, I came back downstairs and used the restrooms, which are very clean and spacious. They also have women's feminine products, should someone need them. While they do offer coffee, tea, and water in a common area and not the highest quality. - there are two single restrooms, which work fine for us - Our conference room had a door to the outside patio in the back, which was nicely landscape - You have to use an outside caterers to bring food in, no burners unless they are electrical. Regus claimed they provided everything needed, but that was not the case. We spent several weeks going back and forth via multiple emails and phone calls, trying to resolve the issue. Suddenly, our plan was canceled, which was a relief since we were no longer being charged. However, we were never notified that the cancellation had occurred. When I followed up to request a refund, I was informed that since mail forwarding services are available for six months after cancellation, they do not feel we are entitled to any refund. While we had online access to the Regus account, none of the plan information was in our account. Any benefit we tried to use was not available. Subsequent phone calls were made to Regus where they assured they would get their IT to get it figured out. I never heard back. Upon checkin in the middle or so of June I found we no longer had an active account which is strange considering they had a month to month membership going and you had to cancel in the account or in I recommend exploring other coworking or virtual workspace providers.
