When we were done, I came back downstairs and used the restrooms, which are very clean and spacious. They also have women's feminine products, should someone need them. The building is more of a warehouse than an office building and while the owners have gone out of their way to decorate and organize the space, the reality is this is a warehouse with an open 20 foot ceiling. The actual offices have 10 foot partitions but no real ceiling. So you really have no privacy to have private conversations on the phone or in a computer meeting. When I was there, the people in a neighboring office were talking loud and dropping cuss words every now and then. While I'm not a prude when it comes to language but if I were on a call with a client or a Teams or Zoom call, the background noise and talking probably would come through. The idea when renting an office is that you get privacy. I understand if I rented just a desk, no such privacy privileges would be expected.
