I am from California, and in my opinion, the medical care my family received is much better then what doctors we saw in my hometown. Only issue is this doctor takes 30 minutes to an hour to see us. That does not bother me, because I am patient, but my sister is special needs so she gets very agitated having to wait. We always spend only 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room, but an hour in the exam room. I think it would not be so bad to have her wait where there is a TV to distract her.
