If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.

She is wonderful, and always a joy to see and work with toward my individual goals for recovery or pain relief. I first met her when a doctor recommended PT to address lower back pains that had developed as a result of an on-going illness I live with. At the time she was at the Providence Hospital office, and from the first day evaluation, through six weeks of the personalized therapy program she developed for me, I found that her vibrant, happy character was as least as beneficial for my recovery as the exercises she put me through each session. Later, when I developed yet another issue that my doctor prescribed PT to address, and I learned that she had been assigned to the Snow Rd office, I insisted that my prescription be sent to that office, with directions for her personally to receive the assignment. And she didn't disappoint me that time either. In all, over at least a two year period, I have had to seek PT assistance for help in dealing with issues that have developed because of my illness, no less than four times. Kari has never let me down, and I actually look forward to my sessions with her, even when she is tough on me, pressing me to do more. Another therapist at this office is Jack. I have had to work with him a few times when Kari was just too busy to provide the attention I required. He too provides exceptional service. He makes everyone feel like a friend, and he is always in a cheerful and friendly mood. There are several other PTs at this office, and each appear to be friendly, helpful and kind. At least two of them are Occupational Therapists, assisting patients with rehab required because of work related injuries. Last but not least is Rachel, the front desk clerk, always greeting patients by name and with a smile. She never fails to hold the big entry doors open for me after I have finished my sessions, and I am leaving to head home. She is another kind, and sweet soul, but this business has been blessed with many sweet souls as employees. So, at the risk of making them all more well known, and thus building their business to such a degree that I find it difficult in the future to get an appointment there, I highly recommend this office of Encore Rehab.

I was referred to this PT clinic by the Veterans Administration for hands-on physical therapy for…read moremy service-connected neck injury. My doctor specifically said she wanted primarily hands-on therapy as the best technique to quell the continued pain and associated arthritis. It was a 15-week program with initial evaluation, hands-on therapy, instruction and training on PT techniques in stretching so that I could continue this physical therapy at home after my appointments and when the referral ended. I was given a printed copy of all the PT techniques I performed by observation in clinic and also given a pre-loaded application as an app on my cellphone so that I also could audio listen to these same PT techniques and perform them in my home. It was not 100-percent hands-on physical therapy as you may receive in a medical facility after a bone fracture; they do not do that here or that may be considered Massage Therapy, which is another form of relieving muscle tension. MT could be a good suggestion for BenchMark to add as they do have a private room per location for personalized physical therapy. On a 10-point scale, my pain level improved from an 8/9 (initial) to a 5 (mid-point evaluation) to a 3/2 (last day evaluation). I really appreciate the kind staff for their professionalism and keeping our daily workouts exciting with laughter and stimulating conversations. I looked forward to my appointments.

Now I have over 40 years of direct medical experience and patient care. She had to have been the worse NP I have ever seen. She was out right condescending, rude, would interrupt, when she asked you a question, and talk over you, showed no interest in me or patient concern. Like I was a burden. She rushed tthrough the appointment even though I was the only patient in the lobby at that time. She physically hurt me during my exam and when I expressed this she just continued without any empathy or consideration for me. This provider is should not be allowed to have patient contact.

An absolute joke of a hospital. If I were mortally injured in their parking lot, I'd still call an Uber and go to USA.

And I will never miss an opportunity to warn friends, colleagues and acquaintances against Springhill Medical Center and all the ancillary health "care".
