He told us he would show us homes and answer question but didn't do the paper work. He took notes on each visit. He truly tried to help us out. We decided on a home went through the the getting approved and everything went fairly smooth, BUT: Ken Kennedy the Home Center Manager got involved in the paper work side of things and everything went down hill. VERY poor communication and keep changing what he said. Never a straight answer and always blaming us or the banks for everything. We waited several weeks with no communication from them so we had to contact the back to find out what was going on. We sent in all required paper work and had paid our deposit and our down payment. Finally our bank got the ball rolling. On every conversation with Ken Kennedy he was always blaming everything on someone else. The day of signing we meet up and he had a notary there notarizing blank unsigned documents, the notary never verified our id and signature. Ken said it was normal. Ken kept over and over insuring they were not responsible for pad and permits and utility hook ups. Then he started degrading any contractor doing the work that wasn't his friend. Kept harping on his friend (his Guys) do it right and he would call his friends and ask if our contractors were any good. This was very condescending and belittling to me and my wife. His whole attitude was treating us as we were dumb and stupid about getting a mobile home. My sister-In-Law who we brought to look at trailer and to witness walked out of the office building when Ken started belittling my contractors and us. Shortly after that it got heated and I told Ken Kennedy it was none of his business who my contractors where. He didn't like this and grabbed all the paper work and walked out. Said he wasn't going to sell us the home. The bank had sent in everything, we had did all required. Kens Kennedy's own pride and arrogance got in the way of a successful transaction. To begin, Brittany Downs was most of the time too busy to pick up our calls. We kept inquiring about paperwork from the bank to sign and she will always assure us that everything was ok and that she would tell us what to do next. On the day of what was supposed to be our closing she texted me stating that she forgot to have us sign the paperwork for the bank, thus causing our contract to be canceled. In the meantime, Liza Mullins had all our information to where she could have alerted us of paperwork that needed to be signed but did not. 6 weeks later were lost our accepted offer, we are out 1400 dollars in expenses. And still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. Very unethical working style, misrepresentation, and overall incompetent agents.

I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team.
