AWFUL, and a NIGHTMARE. I paid my rent on Jan 29 and then had to submit a work order for roaches on Feb 6, only to find I had a LATE balance due for a water bill from December. Had I not gone back, I would have never known AND been hit with late fees. Breaking this lease as soon as I can find another one to sign, and it WONT be with this company. Stay away.
